The wings are still as good all these years later - crispy yet tender with tasty hot sauce. Their ranch is some of the best I've ever had, none of that bs hidden valley stuff. My only complaint would be that I feel that they're cutting corners in some areas recently: the fries are occasionally stale and tasteless, and the veggies we got with our recent order were clearly going bad. I have placed an order through ubereats and it never arrived, I have called them and they say it is not their problem, but uber showed me they have assigned a driver and they was at the spot to pick it up, and the restaurant told them we have put the order inside a robot to be delivered. The problem is if they assigned to a robot and the route was started by the robot, the system could not send driver after the same order, and if the system has changed from a robot to a driver to deliver the order, the restaurant could not put it inside a robot, and if they put it somehow, its restaurant fault of misleading and mismanagement. Now they claim it is not their problem, and I should talk to uber to get a refund, and uber does not get resposibility because they never picked up an order. Restaurant lies, and does this to get the money and not deliver anything to customers, expecting that people will get refund from uber and would reorder (they would make double the money for one order). Caesar salad was drenched in dressing and no croutons, they were out of croutons. They should tell you if something is out instead of serving it to you without it. Arrived to the restaurant on a semi busy Friday night and had a seat. The restaurant was half full with one server, one manager, and one helper at the front.The helper took my drink order and said the server will stop by in a few minutes to take my order. About 10-15 minutes goes by and still no server to take my order. The server served all the tables that came ahead of me and proceeded to hang out by the counter.
