Have been coming to this location since I was 11 years old. Not once have I ever been told I don't have the option to do all flat. The ONLY time it was said was when they ran out, other than that I was never denied it. Thru grub hub they give u the option to put ALL WINGS, on Uber eats they DONT give you the option. Usually you place the order and call, and tell them immediately that I am requesting all wings and they go ahead and put that in. Grub hub for some reason shows hot wings as closed, so I went ahead to Uber eats. Again, Uber eats does not give the option so I called right after I placed the order. Very-very disappointed with their initial services, but when you go back to correct their mistakes they immediately correct them. However, I placed an order for a small birthday dinner gathering and I asked for 50 bbq, 25 lemon pepper and 25 hot wings. I should've checked upon picking it up but I assumed the order would be correct. All 100 of the wings were hot which is not what I had asked for. The birthday girl had specifically asked for bbq wings and she can't eat the hot since it's too spicy for her. I called to see what we can do about my order and the gentleman I spoke to put the phone down and I heard the entire conversation he had his cook (so unprofessional. Maybe try putting the call on hold next time?) He was positive he put the correct order in and that "he's not crazy" and "the bbq sauce is very thin and they can't tell the difference." Please see the photo proving that they completely messed up my order and did not try to fix it in any way or even apologize. It's okay to make a mistake but own up to it. I ended up asking them to remake the bbq wings for the following day. I had to spend another $90 even though they messed up but at least they got it right this time. I've been coming here for over a decade but sad to say last night was probably my last visit. The wings keep getting smaller and drier but prices keep going up HOWEVER what really did it for me was that my 5 year old got food poisoning from the burger he ate here last night. He's been in the bathroom all night and is miserable. Not too insane but just right definitely sweating. An Armenian gentleman I think runs this place with the best customer service I've seen. He and his waiters always hook it up with a smile. The wings are top notch and honestly have even gotten better recently. They are better in some ways than the other locations and that's saying something.
