What we got (this is the next day) sorry for the mess. Basic room they are calling a suite.

First all, let me start by saying the staff was above and beyond amazing and friendly. That is what helped me to stay the night I did. After that, everything is over priced. The property is clean. Do not expect a real breakfast, plan to go out (but that wasn't my concern) I don't care much about that. My issue was my total stay was $500+ but upon arrival into the room I immediately realized false advertisement. I thought that I was scammed by a 3rd party website but then realized I booked directly on their website. We cancelled our second night. If you look at the pics what I chose and paid for vs. what I got was 2 different things. I'm not paying higher prices for a basic room. I'm going to leave things there but overall if it wasn't for the staff friendliness I would have demanded a refund after walking in the room same day.

Bug bites from last night. My whole ankle is swollen now!!!

Over charged us for the deposit and then accused us of smoking in the room and kept our money! I guess I shouldn't be surprised after waking up with welts around my ankles from bug bites! Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life! Management must be having some money problems to stoop a low down dirty move like stealing and lying on there guest. Hope they save up their dirty money and clean up their dirty rooms I suggest they spend it on bombs because they definitely have bugs!

    Eco friendly sundries!

Superb service! Very refreshingly friendly front desk staff. Clean nice, fresh (no stale smoky hotel smell here) rooms with plenty of space, couch, desk, coffee table, Ironing board, new clean iron, flat screen tv. Great FREE INTERNET! mini fridge & microwave, eco friendly sundries, easy parking for large vehicles and all included for $129!!!!!!! Can't beat that especially in the city. I'd give them 10 STARS if I could.

I stayed here for 1 night for business…read more Pros: New hotel, as everything looks and feels clean. Very close to SFO - less than 10 minute drive. Friendly staff Cons: I specifically requested for a quiet room as I was there for business. For some reason they put a family with small children and a dog directly across from me. Around 10pm when I was getting ready to sleep, I hear a dog barking and kids running around in the hallway. On that point, the room walls seem awfully thin. You can hear different, subtle noises that can be distracting to a light sleeper. You can also hear planes fly by so I recommend bringing ear plugs. There is nothing in the area. You'll need to drive if you want to eat somewhere other than the on-site restaurant. No free breakfast

This hotel deserves better reviews. I stayed here this past weekend and had a very pleasant…read moreexperience. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. My only minor complaint is that the rooms felt a bit dark and the lighting could be improved. Other than that, I really have no complaints. If you're looking for an affordable hotel close to SFO with convenient overnight parking, this is an excellent choice. If you're expecting a five-star resort with upscale restaurants and luxury amenities, this isn't that type of property but it doesn't claim to be. For the price, it's hard to beat.

We were on the 2nd floor in the 2nd building. Outside of the hotel looks much rougher than the inside. The room was clean, be aware there is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. Water in the shower takes quite a bit of time to get warm enough to get in, they did not provide wash cloths or soap on the sink only shower gel affixed to the shower wall. The door between the sink and bathroom/shower area was a pocket door that was loud & squeaky (not a big deal with just my spouse and I) the fan in the bathroom did not work and there was a large patched hole in the pocket door that was painted an odd color. We were here just for the night and we were really didnt sleep much with the excitement of our upcoming flight. Budget friendly. There is also an ihop right next to the lobby so you can eat around the clock.

She was pleasant enough and because I was still an hour away drive from the hotel, she said she would make a note on the reservation that we wouldn't be in until 3a so the hotel wouldn't cancel our room. After taking our CC info, we were relieved to know we had a room for the morning. Fast forward to 3a when we tried to check in.. our room had been canceled. Supposedly I had said we'd be there in 10 minutes (absolutely no way i would've said this coming from SJ to SF). We tried to book while at the hotel and the front desk person said we couldn't. I'm just not understanding why phone agent would take my CC info knowing my room would most likely get canceled. Obviously making a note in the system didn't help. Why couldn't she have contacted the hotel front desk person for us to make sure? Also, since our room was canceled and there was definitely a room available when we arrived (assuming it wasn't the only room available and didn't get booked within the hour we made the reservation until arriving).. why couldn't we book that same room? In any case, we were super tired at 3a hoping to get some sleep before flying out of SFO but instead had to find another room. Highly annoyed.

First off, this is close-by SFO airport and if you are not local to SF, if you stay elsewhere, the traffic going back to the airport can be stressful. There is a parking fee per night of stay ($35 during my stay last week). Your room key is your card pass to the parking lot for most guests. Diamond tier have a more reserved parking spots near the entrance of the hotel. However, when I tried the key cards during my first day of stay, both cards weren't working. There is a help button which they buzzed me in afterwards. Throughout the entire week, the gate at Corporate drive was closed, no coming in and out so I would always have to go around. There was not a day that I didn't try to push the help button because my cards were not working even after asking for it to get check by front desk. Let me just say that all of the front desk agents are great, helpful and informative. With so many amenities, they try their best to explain each information to every guest. The hotel has 4 elevators. 2 at front and 2 at the back. You need to tap your hotel key card before you can push any floor buttons. I stayed in one of their newer rooms, the thermostat was set to a certain temperature. I did not felt any difference even when I changed it. I did not voiced this out because I was in and out of my room a lot. Breakfast is complimentary and they have happy hour every day. Overall, my room was clean but housekeeping was not replenishing everything they took out of my room. Any of my used towels that were not on the floor were taken but not all were replaced. I was not able to use the pool but I saw many kids playing in it during my stay. I can't say anything about the fitness center as I wasn't able to use it either due to my work schedule. If you are light sleeper, you will hear airplanes taking off at any time of the day even when at night.

Liza was apologetic for the issues in rm 103, and made sure rm 315 was move in ready when we got back from lunch. Came back a week later because we loved this place. But this time around the room not so much. Four of us stayed in room 103. Last week we stay upper floors and the room looked cleaner, fresher, etc.., The carpet in room 103 is a tripping hazard, old and ripped. We didn't want to change rooms because we were exhausted from a straight 8 hour drive. Only reason I have a 3 star instead of a 1 star is because the front desk ladies are fantastic. I heard it was gabbys last day. So at didn't get to see her. Probably on maternity leave. She was prego when at met her. Jaclyn was helpful as always. But Lauren was exceptional. Even after having a long day, and rough time with a previous guest before me, she still gave over the top service. Friendly, helpful, and talked to us more than guest, was more like we were friends. Will we come back? Sure we will but it'll have to be an upper floor better room not a tripping hazard. I'm with a couple senior citizens that nearly fell due to the carpet. I'll post a photo as soon as I can get some bright lights.
