So right away that threw me off. But I was like still let me give them a chance. A couple days ago I had inquired about hosting a birthday party here and they told me someone would reach out and they never did. So when I went I guess the front lady, not sure if she was the owner recognized my name because she asked me if I was the one who was inquiring about hosting a birthday party. I let her know yes it was me. She stated only members can host things like this which is totally understandable, just don't know why I was never called or emailed and told. After that I figured she would ask for my business or if I was thinking of signing up to be a member but nope none of that. Mind you, I already booked Carries Pilates to host the birthday so that is totally fine. Secondly the instructor didn't greet me when I walked into the class either, again this was all very different for me just because the other places have been so friendly. The class was awesome and I got a good sweat in. Once it was over I wasn't asked how I liked the class or if I wanted to come back, again all new I guess other Pilates studios have set the bar high for me when it comes to greatly friendly customer service. If the customer service was better I would deff give 5 stars. Will I be back? Absolutely not, definitely felt out of place and not wanted.

The front desk staff is also helpful if you have any questions. This studio is in a shopping center, and parking is always convenient. They recently added more classes to their schedule which I appreciate because they keep pretty busy.

She was very nice and very informative. We ended up signing up for a session. The day we came for it happened to be the anniversary of their opening, so they had food and drinks. That was fun. We also met the fellow who owns this and another Stretch Lab. Nice man. We had our sessions and our Flexologists were well trained and did a good job with each of us. We ended up making another appointment and just had them today. Once again, the Flexologists did a great job. We'll continue to return the Stretch Lab as long as we feel our bodies are benefiting from it.

I am going to make it my business to start coming out here more. I have been on a Class Pass kick lately and decided to sign up for the restorative Pilates session. The class was at 7pm which gave me plenty of time to get through traffic and park. On a Thursday evening there was plenty of parking too thankfully. There were a few folks in class and the session was very intimate! Hisako was super welcoming and attentive to my needs as a distance runner and fitness instructor. She gave me a lot of options to work on certain parts of my body that needed TLC! The 45 minute time frame for this class was perfect also! In addition the soothing yoga-ish music was a nice touch for this gentle practice. I LOVE THE PILATES REFORMER and legit feel like this is what I have been missing my whole life. Now that I have the ropes on this piece of equipment I will be utilizing it at my current gym more often! It was nice to stop in and try something not only new to me but beneficial to me as an athlete. I will absolutely be dropping back in on this class when I'm in the area again!

I've tried several places with different styles and Edge is what I've been looking for. It's located in the Bishop Arts District, which is a great community in itself. Depending on when you take a class you can either grab a mornings coffee after, lunch or dinner. The place itself is cold and decorated nicely. Vibrant pops of color give you more energy. I'm a restroom snob and this place has my favorite restroom design! Clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. It's be nice if they put in some accessories like hair scrunchies and lady products. The trainers are knowledgeable and energetic. I can't recall other names but Amanda kicks my ass every time. I've tried the restorative Pilates late class which is nice because it's basically yoga On a reformer. Expect a slow pace class to stretch and destreza. Personally, I need to move faster so the other classes are more challenging for me. The Arms, Abs and Ass class is my favorite! I feel it two days later. One thing I would like to see incorporated more is additional more challenging options for those who are more advanced. They offer a 2 week unlimited special for new clients. Glad they do because that's about how long it'll take you to decide if it's for you. Great place, give it a try!

I found this place while looking for a yoga studio. I booked a class then realized it was 30 mins…read moreaway and thought about backing out and not going. I am sooo glad I went. I have been to 3 classes so far and loved each and every one! The studio is so clean and welcoming; the colors, the decor, the people, it epitomizes everything a high end yoga studio should be but without the snooty people or high price. I will continue to make the drive as I have never felt so comfortable in a group setting let alone a fitness environment!

I told the person where my issues were and he kept changing it and saying where he thought my issues were. My back and neck hurt, not my hips. Finally, after all the high-pressure BS, I signed up for one month of sessions to literally shut him up. I asked five different times during this that what I was signing up for was only a one-month trial, with no subscription at all and was guaranteed this. I signed the contract and they said they would email it to me. That never happened and now I am on my third monthly charge and disputing it with my credit card. They will not respond to emails or voicemails. They are a fraudulent outfit. I am so pissed.

They are one of the few places nearby that offer a 5am class, which I need with my work schedule. Everyone is very laid back here, which some people don't like in a yoga studio but it's great for me. I'm not embarrassed when I don't know something, and there are both beginners and advanced folks in the class. They use a lot of moves that allow for modifications to be more advanced / conservative. One thing I wasn't used to was the upbeat music, but I'm getting used to it :-). Pricing is fair, and the instructors are very personable and down to earth. They give everyone a lot of personal attention. The studio is inside of a larger complex that from the outside looks pretty industrial, but the yoga room itself is very calming. Finally, I love their app that allows you to save your spot in a class. A class had to cancel and I was notified, saving me a trip.
