I go 3 times a week, 30-45 minute sessions each time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since then I have been able to fall asleep more quickly and I have more energy. I even felled a tree in my backyard. The cost comes out to about $20 per week, which is an excellent value. They have a cycle, row machine, free weights, bands, and a lot more. The sessions are 15-minutes and video-led. Great place to get in a good pump! The 130 degrees is intense and the various programs kick your behind! The gym area is functional but could benefit from dumbbells over 55lbs! In love with Hotworx San Pedro! The staff are always friendly and encouraging, it's open 24 hours, there's a shower, there's enough saunas to get your own private one with whichever class you prefer. No matter what time I come (even in the night), I feel safe knowing that the doors are locked unless you have the app that comes with membership. I spend hours here daily and am so thankful it exists! The infrared sauna feels great, detoxifies, and kills two birds with one stone to get your workout in at the same time. I love the variety of classes. There's also gym equipment with guidance on the TVs there without the sauna if that's what you'd prefer! Can't say enough great things about this place.
