They ask you to come in 15 prior to the start of class so they can get you adjusted to the erg and help with proper technique. I signed up for a signature class which I'm glad that was the class I chose. The first class was a great pace for me. I didn't stop even though my mind kept telling me to stop and take a break. I really pushed my self and was happy that Heather was my first coach. I signed up that day for a membership and I haven't looked back. I absolutely love the workout I get from power class. Full row is creeping up as a favorite and restore is always there to reset the body. If you have ever though about trying a row class feel free to stop by and try it out. You won't be disappointed.

He walked me through all the goodies: weights, recovery center, sauna, fitness classes and a bunch more, all bundled into different membership packages. I was suprised learn it costs about the same as a cute TJ Maxx outfit or a full tank of gas if you're feeling like getting the full membership. And get this: you can bring a friend for free every single visit. Love that Crunch Fitness thought of this built-in gym buddy system, nice idea! I've got a few of friends who rave about how much they enjoy their membership. They say it's a great place to network with other business professionals or just vibe with likeminded fitness folks. I didn't sign up today because I'm checking if my UHC insurance might cover it (I might already be a member and not know it). But if you're thinking about it, I recommend joining!
