Lots of spaces to park. Gym lighting is a lot darker than the one in downtown, which I actually like dig. Bathroom was clean. Machines were ok. Not as good (new) as downtown location. What really made my workout miserable was how hot and humid it is inside compare to downtown location. My God I was POURING sweat! I had to take deep breathes pretty often to not to pass out. And because it is hot in there, people also didn't smell good in there. I had to skip a machine because a guy right by that machine smelled so bad. The combination of dimly lit environment + high humidity + high temperature + tons of people smelled bad = I almost passed out. Anyway, I'm gonna skip this one and just use the one in downtown. It is way more cooler and drier. And it smells better too. And I'm NOW ok with the $50 extra a month for parking. I'll just pretend it was paid towards the AC. Dude has me stand there waiting while he does some other stuff, about eight minutes. Then says before he will allow me to look at the equipment I have to let them take a picture of me. Of course I say no because that has nothing to do with safety or anything that wouldn't be illegal. So the guy just tells me I can't look. Now, in a similar situation I once heard of from a buddy in law enforcement, people were using pictures and IDs to make fake passports and IDs for some trafficking. Doubt that is what the kid was doing, but it still creeped me out that this young man was collecting pictures of people. I ended up going to Lifetime and it felt safer.

He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.
