It has been three months since my friend dragged me to the workout regimen she swears by. It took…read moreme a while to give it a try because I was sure CrossFit was not for me. All of those intense videos of people lifting truly scared me away. To my surprise, it was nothing like I expected. It was not ridiculously grueling... it was actually pretty fun! There are many things that I love about Driller CrossFit and that convinced me to become part of the family. I'll share some of them! The first one is the welcoming environment. Everyone is genuinely friendly and have a "come as you are" attitude. No one cares what you look like or if you're wearing the latest lululemon trends. There is a free week trial too, so you can try it before making any kind of commitment! The second one is Victor, the owner/trainer, he is awesome! He makes it a point to understand where you are coming from, where you are at, and where you want to be health-wise. He then personalizes the daily workouts to meet your needs and abilities and avoid injuries. I love that I don't have to worry about my workouts, whether I'm doing an exercise right or not...Victor takes care of all of that. He does a great job explaining everything and breaking things down when necessary. The amount of knowledge he has about fitness, nutrition, health and CrossFit is vast. He enjoys nerding out on the latest research and sharing it with us. There is definitely careful thought and research behind his workouts. The third one is the supportive environment. There is definitely a "we're in this together" attitude. I love that there's no competitiveness (except for some of the guys but I think that's good for them). People cheer you on when you really need it. Some go as far as joining you during your last (and hardest) reps even when they're already done with theirs. It's those kind of moments that build true comradery. Finally, the celebration of progress! Keeping track of your rep/weight records really helps see progress through time. It's crazy to see how far you've come in a short amount of time. I had not worked out in over a year before coming to Driller CrossFit. I needed something I would actually stick to and Driller CrossFit has been it for me. Workouts are at 5am, 6am, 915am, 5pm and 6pm. Come try it, you won't be disappointed!

This was my review of Club Pilates in Tulsa in August of 2023 when I joined:…read moreHighly recommend!! The instructors are all great and everyone I have met here are super nice. I love going to the classes and highly recommend Pilates!! It is a great workout and fun at the same time. The place is beautiful and spotless!!! 10 stars for sure!! This is now in August of 2026 I just ended my membership after 3 years. What changed: 1. The amazing instructors were either let go or left due to management making ridiculous decisions based on inaccurate gossip. It is interesting that the instructors let go were the most popular and their classes filled up first. 2. When asked why they weren't there I was told "trust me it was for good reasons". Nice way to back stab your former co-workers. 3. I used to love walking into any of the studios and feeling like I belonged. Now I no longer feel like I did when I started. I would come to class and no one talked to each other except the "regular club" who were the chosen". It reminded me of the lunch room scene in Mean Girls. 4. New instructors were teaching classes after not even finishing all of their training with absolutely no one there to watch and guide them. It wasn't safe and certainly not enjoyable. Instructors are being rushed through training to make up for those that have left. 5. Ridiculous new rules as to exactly what the temperature could be set at. 6. New rules whether enforced or not that we could no long keep closed water bottles at the reformer to be used during class. How disruptive it would be if everyone kept getting up to get a drink of water. 7. We were told that we were no longer allowed to adjust the springs, yet asked to please make sure there were two red and a blue when we left class. 8. Impossible to schedule a class if you were signed up for only 4 classes a month. 9. The owner Curt Clark is making ridiculous decisions while I am sure he has never once been on a reformer. 10. After being a member with an unlimited membership for three years I needed to switch to only 4 times a month. I needed to pick a new home studio and I was required to have another 3 month commitment which makes no sense to me. All three clubs are owned by the same person and I am not a new member. Just a way to lock someone in with payment. 11. The last thing which really hurt is when one of the members nearly passed out at the Broken Arrow studio about a year ago. They were literally laying on the floor unable to get up. I have been a cardiac nurse for over 43 years. I immediately jumped in to assess her and see what was happening. I tried to keep her safe and as stable as I could without any equipment until the paramedics got there and then handed off report to them. While the instructor working as well as the GM at the time were extremely grateful, it would have been nice to at least have been acknowledge by corporate, as I am sure they knew about the incident. I am not asking for a certificate or ribbon a simple thank you by the owners would have been nice. I wish you all the best, but I can no longer belong to a studio that does not value its members the way they should.
