I had become increasingly dissatisfied over the last few years but continued coming because this was the office I had always gone to. This experience was the final straw. I scheduled an appointment online on August 13th, largely because getting someone to answer the phone is nearly impossible. I received appointment reminders on August 14th and August 18th. On August 18th, the office also called me to confirm my appointment. I spoke directly with someone and confirmed it. On August 21st, I arrived 15 minutes early for my 3:00 PM appointment. At check-in, I was told they were running behind and it would be a while. I said, "Wonderful," and sat down. I wasn't upset about waiting--I expected it. Five minutes later, I was called back to the desk and told I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT because it had been canceled for failure to confirm. I explained that was impossible. I had received multiple reminders AND personally spoke with someone from their office to confirm it. Instead of acknowledging that something clearly went wrong on their end, I was told the phone conversation never happened. Then today, August 28th--SEVEN DAYS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT--I received a text from Primary Eye Care saying my August 21st appointment at 3:00 PM had been canceled. So which is it? I was turned away on August 21st because I supposedly didn't have an appointment because it had already been canceled. Yet seven days later, their own system sent me confirmation that the appointment existed and was just now being canceled. Afterward, I learned that they did essentially the same thing to my mom only a few weeks earlier. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is refusing to take accountability, wasting a patient's time, and telling them a phone conversation they personally had with your office never occurred. After being a longtime patient, Primary Eye Care has permanently lost my business and my family's business. Your patients' time matters. Your patients deserve to be listened to. And when your office makes a mistake, own it instead of making the patient feel like they're the problem. I strongly recommend others consider their options before choosing this office.

Got multiple bids from several companies. Really wanted to patronize a local business. Superficially, it looked like other, big box businesses, were less expensive. Upon closer inspection -- not necessarily. For example, some only took down make and model of vehicle, not VIN number. Turns out windshields get upgraded, too, with vehicle upgrades. Roscoe Glass wanted the VIN, right from the start. Roscoe Glass quoted a price, explained process. Gracious. Zero pressure. Big box companies had some deceptive practices going on. Later some hounded me. (Wanna bet they sold my info, too?) After several days of checking out different versions, decided Roscoe Glass was most confidence inspiring. They had next day apptmts. Excellent. They had kept all the info from the first call. Nice. Took vehicle in the next day. Excellent repair. They explained windshield had been replaced before. There were some problems with how that had been done. As such, there was a small difference on the current windshield installation. Ok, thank you. Thorough. But now comes the magic. I go out to my vehicle. Front door will not unlock. Not with fob, not with key. All others open. Oh dear. What happened? Went back into store. A technician came and checked. He thought something had come loose. (Literally completely incidentally. Not their fault. They had done nothing on the driver side window.) They took the vehicle back into shop. They took the door apart, reattached whatever had come loose. Did not charge extra. Who does this any more? I will not go anywhere else for windshields or glass anything. She had no interest in making things right. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
