Terrible barber. I came in with a messed up uneven haircut already trying to fix it at this barbershop. All I asked was to fix the unevenness in the back, and the taper. I specifically mentioned as well to not touch the top and the top of the sides as I liked the length there. This man proceeded to cut half my length of my hair all over, and didn't even touch the tapers. On top of this, he charges a whopping 40 bucks. This man is way too prideful and doesn't listen to his customers. He thinks he knows better than what you want. Don't go to this terrible barbershop. read more

Geez y'all, this place is my new goto spot for getting my hair done. This place was definitely recommended by Yelp and thank Buddha did I need it. It's literally tucked away in a corner by our lovely super market phonecia or however you spell it. It may have taken me about five minutes to find it and I was about to give up, but boy am I sure glad I didn't. I was welcomed with such hospitality and warmth that I thought I was part of the family for a minute. I mean, I'm family in many ways and this was definitely a good one. They told me to take a seat in the lounge and told me all drinks were complimentary from their espresso/coffee machine to their fridge filled to the brim with sodas. Mike was awesome from the get-go, introducing himself with a handshake and guiding me to the chair. Mike asked me what I wanted and gave me guidance on how to achieve my ideal look and certainly made due with what was available. On the cut itself, I've had plenty of "random drop-ins", and I felt very comfortable with Mike performing his craft. Guys that cheat on their barber know what I'm talking about The barbershop was extremely clean and comfortable. I really like this place from the environment, workers and end product of the haircut. I've been here 3 times so far and Mike has done an incredible job every time. I've been to a lot of barbers and I haven't been to one as consistent as this. Im glad I found this place because there was a long journey of disappointment at other barber shops. Not only is my hair cut before I leave, it's also washed and styled before I leave. I love this place and would recommend 10/10. I got a medium skin fade with a trim on the top. I always get a great cut and shave here. The barbers are fast and friendly. There's even a drink bar if you need some coffee, water or soda.

A nice looking barber shop but the lowest quality haircut I have ever received. I feel like by writing this review I am saving anybody from paying $25 for a "fade". If you are looking for a quality fade this is not the place because what I got was a rushed 15 minute haircut and that is including the time it took for the barber to wash my hair. I showed the barber a picture of the low bald fade I wanted and all he did was glance and nod. The barber also only used 2 different guard sizes for his clippers so that tells you a lot about the so called fade I got. Again if you are looking for a bald fade or any specialty fade this is not the place and you're better off going to SuperCuts. read more

The shop itself is done really nicely, has a sleek high end feel. It's squeaky clean inside and everyone on staff wears a mask. There are refreshments and a seating area as well. I typically shave my head & trim my beard myself but now and then it's great to have someone else do it. Found Hourani's this past weekend and had a great experience! Not only did Firas get the lines right, he actually shaved my head all the way (most barbers leave more stubble than I care for). Mr. Hourani and sons are incredibly talented barbers! They can somehow do a 45 minute haircut in 15-20 min without compromising quality and skill. Not professional or good at all. Not sure if it was a homophobic issue or what the guys problem was but my wife received horrible service. Came in and it was empty (which I can figure out why) he didnt ask anything or confirm- didn't speak to her. Didn't want to ask which were her requests or feedback and she's not even picky or special. Did a horrible job, took cover off once finished without even asking if it was okay or if she wanted anything else. Just his attitude and behavior was odd and negative. The location is very convenient in the Luby's/Pappadeux shopping center. They are open 9 to 8, currently every day. The shop is the nicest, cleanest Barber shop that I have ever been in. I've never had a dedicated barber before. Just Sports Clips and the like. However, this place changed my mind, and now I only go here. He is very professional and skilled in his trade, to the point of me trusting his judgement above my own. I once let him do my facial hair, and received 10 compliments the next day on it. I definitely recommend it. The only complaint I have is that it's a little difficult to communicate or explain your desired hairstyle with him. I don't like using gel or having my hair super short, but he tends to do it that way. Granted, when I finally brought it up, he did adjust it, so that may just be my own social failure to communicate. read more

Mohammad was excelent and gave me one of the best cuts I have ever received and it was amazingly fast and at a good rate.
