The carpet cleaner finished very quickly in about 2 hours and mentioned to my wife that there was one spot that he wasn't able to remove a stain. After closer inspection after he left (we were moving), turns out there were 6 stains that were not removed. I inquired about having them come back and completing the job and removing the stains but was told that it would cost more money to attempt to clean the stains. A different company came out and completed the stain removal with little issue. I'd give the cleaning crew a 5 star and the shampooing guy a 1 star. If you want your home cleaned well, I'd recommend. If you want your carpet shampooed, go somewhere else. Especially if they are charging a premium, essentially almost $350-$400 an hour is what it worked as. Also, I don't think the option of charging more money to complete the carpet cleaning was the appropriate remedy.

It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out.
