Urban sent them a video and claimed it was after the cleaning. You can hear a kid talking in the background. Last time I checked, not professional to bring kids to clients house without asking ahead of time. So $1400 later, we had to replace the window and they told us that they were closing the file without further discussion. Hire them at your own risk, I warned you. There are a lot of cleaning companies, I would call a couple more to interview and let this one go to the non helper who doesn't do their research!

Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out.
