Scott performed our pre-drywall inspection in person. He walked me through his findings, and educated me about what he was looking for during the inspection. I received the finished report a couple of hours after we left our property. The report is thorough, and served as an easy punchlist to hand over to our developer. It turns out, our property is already in good shape, but Scott still identified issues that needed correction. It appears that my initial experience was due to a website problem, and not an actual issue with the company. Scott more than made up for the initial problem. A+++. The BEST decision I have made since purchasing this home, was to call Insight Inspections. I was in a bad situation, where there were several major problems that were needing addressed with our newly built home....including a water line breakage/crack during the building of the home, which led to flooding. I called Insight Inspections for emergency help, and they were out to my home the very next day. It all started with the lady that answered the phone. She was very sweet, and very understanding of my immediate need for a full home inspection ASAP. She was even able to give us a discount on the spot, since I referenced that I found them on Yelp. Let me say, that Nate far exceeded my expectations with his Professionalism, empathy for our situation and the worries were having, as well as the depth of detailed knowledge regarding the home building industry and regulations as a whole.
