BEWARE BEWARE ...Lucy and her crew cleaned our house a handful of times. The cleaning was good and thorough; however, the physical house damage and threatening/aggressive text messages turned the experience into a negative one. We had shelves built in our house and had a crew do a full dust cleaning before our routine service. Lucy tried to shadily charge us for a post construction cleaning. I politely asked why were we being charged $100 more than our agreed price she responding with "because your house was filthy." I don't know about you but I take offense to someone calling my house filthy when it is cleaned on a regular basis and Lucy was merely contracted for a monthly deep cleaning. After our correspondence I received a template email stating "we will not longer clean your place," which I think we can all agree is an extremely classy way of conducting business after being called out for attempting to overcharge someone. Lucy will tell you how much she cares about her business, but the problem is she more interested in arguing and nitpicking each and every detail that she is extremely off-putting and unprofessional. So if you want a cleaning service that will damage your walls, cancel on you last minute, insult the cleanliness of your house, argue incessantly via text message (which are green and come in random order so you need a PHD to decipher) and overcharge you without your consent, then look no further.... you have found the perfect match! read more

Luckily they had a cancellation for the next day and were able to clean my place the next day. Worst cleaning experience I purchased a 3 hour Groupon and they spent 1 hour cleaning she also mentioned the Groupon was for 1 bedroom apartments. So I told her to just clean my bathrooms and kitchen. The bathroom were cleaned good by her helpers. But the kitchen the owner cleaned looks worse she couldn't even sweep all the crumbs she left on the floor. It was a wasted I don't mind paying for good work. I even was going to give them a good tip until I noticed the kitchen didn't even looked clean. She also needs to change her attitude and be a bit more friendly. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

Warning, long post but this hard work warrants attention. TL:DR summary - these ladies work their a$$ off. Wow! At my age I have dealt with many different housekeepers over the years, .but truly, never have I encountered such a thorough clean from a housecleaning company. Lucy and Vivi are amazing. They run through my house to make sure every minute is engaged in cleaning something. They cleaned the sills of every window, wiped down light switch panels, scrubbed my shower so clean it totally shines, Even my husband's shower, which was a tad gross from water residue and tougher to clean,came out not just clean, but shining clean. They appear to have used bleach, perhaps, on all the shower heads to rid them of soap scum. My old cleaners did a decent job and I liked them, but there was always loads of little things I would have to take care of after they left. As an example. My dog's food bowls are on a Rubbermaid tray in the kitchen, hopefully to catch drool and spare bits of food. My former cleaning ladies never touched it. Luci and crew did clean it without my having to ask. It's a small think, but it's so helpful to me.l Last week they opened all my cupboards in the kitchen and wiped them down. They took my silverware and utensils drawers and cleaned underneath. (Took out all the silverware etc., and cleaned the drawers). They cleaned the sills of every window, wiped down light switch panels. My house can be hard to clean partly because of the the ridiculous amount of stuff that my husband and sons collect (bobble head dolls, board games, etc) but they manage to undust it all. We also have a lot of artwork, which all passed the finger across the paintings tests (no dust). My house is long overdue for new carpet and a paint job, but in the meantime, Housekeepink is keeping my home as sparkling as they can. They text me when they are on their way, along with text reminders the day before to remind me. They text me again when they are a 1/2 hour away. Payment is via Venmo (it's like PayPal). Makes it very simple, I can even add tip through the app. The owner, Luci speaks English, which does make communication easier (I took French in High School). They are a bit more expensive than previous cleaners, so I was hesitant at first. I used a Groupon coupon which made the first cleaning inexpensive, and totally hooked me. Even my husband agrees that they are well worth the money for the level of dedication and pride they take in their work and how excellent their work product is ...my clean house. read more

I had to take time off from my busy schedule and then they tell me they will be late. Second, they send me a text telling me I was rude because I complained about them being late. The ladies arrived early and came ready to work. I showed them what I wanted done. They did everything I requested and more. They noticed that a shower door needed attention and cleaned it. That bathroom was not on their cleaning list! I was Introduced to Housekeepink via Groupon. Initial interactions with Lucy--a nice lady, seemingly... We communicated via text and a few phone calls. Right up front, I was asked to undo my Groupon... and pay her the money instead of Groupon because she was not going to make much money, if at all, as Groupon takes the majority of the money when one buys a coupon through them. She said it was because she was 30 miles away and that was just beyond distance for her to be able to take the job at my location. I wasn't able to undo the Groupon. Then, she asked me to make it worth her while and hire her cleaning crew for two hours on the same day the windows were to be cleaned. I felt badly and waited til I could actually afford it. Admittedly, our exchanges went on for quite a while, as I was doing a lot of traveling...and nearly 3 months past before we actually made an appointment The appointment we made was for three weeks away. When the appointment was to occur, my Groupon would have expired. But she didn't mention anything about the expiration at that time--She calls me a few days after it expired 2 days before the job and says "by the way when our cleaning crew comes you'll have to pay us full price". Looking at my text messages I could see that she had not gotten back to me at one point regarding an appointment for 10 days so I said why don't we just call it even and use the 10 days that I didn't hear back from you? She refused.... insisting that had to pay full price, and forfeit the Groupon. Sadly, our windows are still dirty my house is pretty clean though I was actually going to have a cleaning crew come in to make it a little cleaner but more to make it worth her while.
