On our most recent visit, we walked into the lobby and a loose dog (Pitbull) pinned our dog to the ground. It was an absolutely terrifying moment. Our dog ended up with severe puncture wounds, had to be shaved, and required immediate veterinary treatment. This wasn't a minor scuffle, this dog could have killed our dog, and it should never have been able to happen in the FRONT LOBBY. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only issue. On a previous visit, which we regrettably booked, one of our dogs came home with what we believe was kennel cough and diarrhea. It lasted for weeks and spread to our other dog, turning into a very stressful situation. These experiences have completely destroyed our trust in this facility. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for boarding until they fix their safety and health protocols. I would give zero stars but that's not an option

There was a variety of play areas for our beloved pets to play and hangout. And I really liked how they had a VIP section for a more quieter space so my dog could become his introverted ways after playing with the other dogs (both are extra costs) but I'm glad we did it. Unfortunately the cameras in the VIP were disabled for the 5 night stays we had our dog there. They mentioned they had someone who is trying to fix it but it was never turned on during our stay there in April. Because of this, we requested photos of each day of our dog just to know he was taken care of since the cameras were down and the staff provided that!

Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.
