Many of the animals couldn't even turn around because they had such small tanks. The parrots are clearly stressed, we know because of the visible excessive grooming. I was only an hour late not two hours and not 1.5 hours I was only 1 hour to the minute from the call to pick her up. During the move, they noticed my plumbing setup wasn't ideal and completely redid it, which has been a huge improvement. Unfortunately, I did lose three fish during the move, but they stood behind their work and gave me a livestock credit without any hassle. That level of customer service says a lot. Their prices seem to be right in line with other local fish stores. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that right before they relocated, I purchased a few replacement fish and lost two of them within a week while they were in my quarantine tank. To be fair, losses can happen with any fish store, and that's just part of the reefing hobby. What has always stood out to me is how informative, honest, and courteous the staff is. They're willing to answer questions, offer advice, and genuinely help hobbyists succeed. I haven't had a chance to visit their new location yet, but I definitely plan to soon. Overall, I'd recommend Triad aquatic Critters to anyone in the reefing community looking for knowledgeable service and a store that stands behind its customers.

They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

Upon delivery, the puppy demonstrated no basic training, crate conditioning, or housebreaking. When I reached out regarding these issues, the business became entirely non-responsive to my emails and messages. While the company posted a public response to my initial review stating I needed to follow up, they continue to ignore all direct private communications and have refused to offer support or address the unfulfilled service. Prospective buyers should exercise caution and retain all documentation.
