Feeling defeated I slowly made my way back to ship, when I decided to give this place a go and whaddaya know... they had EVERYTHING I was looking for and more! Bought some smoked salmon (at the best price I'd seen at any of my stops), got my salmonberry jam, reindeer sausage, caribou sausage, AND salmon treats for the cat back at home. The staff was helpful and the prices were very reasonable! I plan on shopping via mail order with them in the near future.

The store is very close to the cruise ship terminal, in fact we could see it from deck. The folks inside the store were very helpful, with plenty of samples and advice about what may fit our tastes. Ended up buying smoked salmon and halibut but they were out of the legendary smoked cod. I asked them about fresh salmon to be shipped home and they told us about their shipping program. When we returned home From our cruise, I gave them a call and ordered 10 pounds of fresh sockeye salmon. Unfortunately, due to Fed Ex dropping the ball, most of the salmon was partially thawed when it arrived. I called Jon at Dejon Delights and he immediately contacted Fed Ex then called me back. Even though Fed Ex refused to help out, Jon didn't hesitate to make it right for us. He shipped a nice assortment of smoked salmon and cod worth more than the original salmon shipment. Jon gave me great customer service, and has communicated very clearly with me. I feel he has gone above and beyond to make me happy. The fish products that we purchased in the store and the replacement fish have been excellent. I will buy more smoked fish from him again soon.
