I was stunned by the treatment and sat down at my table. The other patron did give me a menu from her table but my enthusiasm about a place the was recommended to me was completely gone. I sat there with my partner for a few minutes trying to overcome the situation but I had to get up and leave. I didn't want to mention this but we were the only black patrons in the restaurant at that time. I cannot say in good conscience say that I would recommend any one to your restaurant. I understand she was the only one in the dinning area serving but there was a better way to communicate with me.

We weren't there for a typical meal, we did a culinary and Alaskan gardening class. These two things happen to be my all time favorite pass times. The in house gardener (yes they have one of those!) grows ingredients on site to help supplement food costs and she taught us so much about how climate impacts the plants she grows.
