We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. They were accommodating to our large family, let us get things out of the RV, so we could spend time at the zoo while we waited, and had us back on the road 4-5 hours later. They personally called us a couple of hours later to make sure all was well. When I went to the shop to pick up my truck and pay, the owner came out all upset because I called them out on the bait and switch they had going on. I pointed out the sign that shows the 26.50 fee and he tore it off the wall and tossed it acrossed the room. He then started acting a fool and taking his hat off and telling me he was in a fighting mood. I said I would pay the posted fee then he told me to get the F**K out and never come back or he was about to unload on me. That was the funniest part. He would have had a heart attack. It's a good thing I was in a rare good mood. I took a picture of the sign before he had his babyfit. Beware of a shop that acts a fool like this guy. I am pounding my head trying to figure out how he is still open with the way he acts.

Reluctantly, I went in and they took my van for 15 minutes, gave me a quote that was $250 higher than another company. I went to the cashier to pay and the price jumped to $72 and some change. I asked what their tax rate is. He said that the extra $5 was for shop supplies. What shop supplies were used to look at a vehicle? Why wouldn't you tell someone before performing the service? I wouldn't trust these guys.
