It then took nearly 20 minutes for them to correct the issue, and when I told them I needed to get back to work, they became very hostile, and this was the manager! The manager Marlene was really rude and hostile. While the clerk, Vida, was seemingly incompetent, as she charged me nearly $200 while trying to make a $5 return. I will not ever be returning to this store, and I don't recommend it to anyone else either.
