After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

The Beecher Family Home was remodeled starting (Mid-October 2014) up here in the Evergreen Area - West of Denver. After 22-23 yrs. [the old wood based siding & paint] was giving up rapidly & letting moisture under the wood siding. This year of 2014 was the year of NEEDED action. HRTI offered a GREAT PRODUCT for new siding - James Harie Siding (a Cement/Fiberglass Composite & Mixture) used in the new siding. The new siding is pretty much 90-95% Fire Proof / Fire Resistant if my facts are truly accurate on this. Plus adding a new layer of Tyvec (Plastic House Wrapping)- this helps out a lot on the whole insulation value. Having the new 90% Fire Resistant Siding put on the house has helped out in many ways. Plus the Beecher Family Home looks BRAND NEW now- even though the house was designed & built in 1991 into 1992. Very Cool indeed! Awesome.. Between Greg Cotton (the President) of HRTI & the guys who worked on our house here- they planned out and did AN AWESOME job on this remodeling job.. Many pictures were taken during the remodeling job with the new siding. The transformation of the house here was TRULY AMAZING during that month. The change alone was just as AMAZING.. The James Hardie Siding is awesome stuff and very, very tough overall. Their work and efforts (were and are) deeply appreciated to this very day- December 5th, 2014. HRTI was the company of choice when considering the replacement of our steel siding. We interviewed several companies and the various products they represented. We decided on HRTI for several reasons. The company was small, the quality of products offered, the installation crew worked for HRTI exclusively and their reviews were outstanding. The crew usually arrived at our home by 8:00 and left by 6:00. Their installation technique was amazing. They worked cohesively together and with great accuracy. Their attention to detail was excellent always making sure the installation was perfect. Their craftsmanship was outstanding and we found no faults with any part of their installation process. The lead craftsman, Carlos, was always helpful and answered any questions we had. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were extremely courteous. How often can you say you have had a great experience from start to finish when completing a home project? I can say I did when replacing my roof with HRTI. Three companies submitted bids, and I selected HRTI due to a combination of factors: (1) professionalism and helpfulness during the bid process, including willingness to answer many questions; (2) dealing with my insurance company and inspector (3) price; and (4) warranty. I kept changing my mind on a start date and once I gave the go ahead, they started immediately. Throughout the wait, my rep, Greg, was responsive, patient and helpful. I also liked how Greg remained involved and accountable during the entire process. So often the sales representative of companies disappear once the contract is signed. This did not happen with Greg, he continued to provide assistance each step of the process. Once the process started, it took only a couple of days to complete. Hail hit is HARD May 21, 2014. We were out of town and a neighbor texted me; "all your North facing windows are broken." The insurance adjuster got out pretty quick. We had a lot of damage: a half dozen windows, roof, gutters, siding, screen, fence, A/C unit. I didn't want a fly-by-night roofing company that swarmed into the neighborhood. Instead I went with Greg and HRTI. One stop for all the damage. They coordinated the repairs so it was all done in one day. Everyone went out of their way to make it feel like our property was their only concern. Not only did everything go off without a hitch, they also changed my awful green color shutters and front door to awesome Orange (I paid extra for that, but the guys were already up there, so it was economical). Some day I am going to need to remodel my basement. I'll wait until HRTI gets into the business; they are that good. It's hard enough dealing with the insurance company. Don't stress about who is spending all that money. HRTI will treat you right. read more

I found HRTI on the Houzz website when I was searching for patio door installation. Greg called quickly and came to discuss options and pricing in a no pressure style, which was refreshing since I had another company over shortly before that who obviously did not get my business. Greg's recommendation was Simonton brand doors and the price for the doors and installation was refreshing in comparison to the previous quote I received. Chad and Dallas (his yellow lab and sidekick) did a great job with installation paying attention to every detail. I now have beautiful, secure and weather tight patio doors upstairs and down. I highly recommend HRTI (and Dallas, of course :-) ) for any exterior construction project and will hire them again shortly to install new exterior entry and storm door. HRTI is the first contractor I've worked with where I was wowed by the workmanship. Our Centennial home had old, water damaged masonite board and batten siding and, it turns out, masonite and celotex sheathing- which is not to current code. They resheathed the entire house with CDX plywood and vapor barrier and installed Hardie lap siding. We were so impressed with the work we had them do new doors as well. The crew was courteous and professional and returned the job site to immaculate cleanliness every evening. It has been four years now, and the house exterior looks as good as new. We will use HRTI again when we eventually redo windows. It also doesn't hurt that they support local events in my community, such as the last day carnival at my children's elementary school. read more

Just purchased new windows for my 1958 home from HDTI, It was a 2 day job. Of course it rained all day today and it was a mess outside but the installers were wonderful and the windows are perfect. We waited along time to get them because we wanted them all done at once, and we wanted high quality windows, but equally important we kept hearing horror stories about installation jobs gone wrong. The windows are better ham we hoped for and the father/sons (John, Ryan, Josh) installation team was outstanding! We had several windows replaced on our house. The windows are easy to use, and look great! We have already realized benefits coming from these new windows. We have two windows in our house that are exposed to the sun throughout the day, and in the past have had to keep blinds closed and curtains shut to avoid over heating in the house. Since the install we have had the curtains and blinds open, and have been able to use both rooms without the same problem. The window installer, Chad, did an awesome job, and took the time necessary to complete the job properly and professionally.
