They also run a pretty tight ship with efficient and timely processing of referrals, forms, records requests, returning calls, etc. Many of them have been with Dr. Fishell for 5, 10, 15+ years ... you can tell they love people and they love what they do. It is disturbing that he is still employed here and placed in charge of patient care. No one should ever be treated the way I was by this man. I was repeatedly dismissed, belittled, dehumanized, unheard, and invalidated. As someone battling a serious illness, I was stripped of my dignity simply to receive treatment. There were many days I wished I had succumbed to my illness rather than endure the way I was treated under his care. His behavior caused lasting damage, including severe trust issues with doctors, which is especially harmful for someone with a chronic and serious medical condition. I suffered significant trauma as a result of this experience, trauma that I continue to live with to this day. That is why I am writing this review years later. The nurses in the infusion room were the only positive part of this facility. They showed compassion and care that I did not receive from Dr. Kashef.

At 40 years of age, I felt and received feedback from friends that one surgery could lead to another and another, etc. Dr. Gross helped me get off of the stronger pain medication and prescribed nerve ablations and physical therapy. He helped me cope with my injury instead of guiding me to a lower back surgery that would put more money in his own pocket. I feel amazingly blessed that I was able to find him and that he was able to treat me. Due to his detailed and thorough nature, he was able to find things in the scans that the technicians and other doctors didn't see, which came in pretty handy when it came to treating me and properly evaluating my ongoing litigations at the time. Now fast forward three years since last I have seen him and I work out six days a week at RAW fitness and I am performing as I had never thought possible after my injury. My injury is still very real and maybe strengthening past torn and bulging disks is not for everyone, but it was right for me and Dr. Gross was the right doctor for me. He did not quit treating me because of my litigations, he quit treating me because I quit needing him.
