Decided to swing by since we were in the area today and saw a huge line. We decided to brave it since we had heard good things. Kudos to the team for keeping the line moving quickly though! We ended up ordering two large drinks (half mango/half peach and a half green/half mint). First off, the large is huge! I never thought I'd be a frequent visitor at a tea place, but here we are! The Unsweet Mint is my current favorite. Georgia Peach, Raspberry and Decaf Blueberry are all fantastic. I've only been through the drive thru so I can't speak for the other folks inside, but the drive thru staff is very nice and quick. If you drive by and there's a long line, don't worry, it moves quickly. My only complaint is the nutritional information isn't available. We emailed in a request and haven't heard back. read more

I'm a coffee drinker in the morning but I love my tea all day long. This fantastic little iced tea place has a look of a fast food place but they sell only the most delicious and fresh iced tea you've ever had outside of your own home. There is always a line but it moves quickly and they provide awesome customer service. The tea is always fresh. I've had both sweet and unsweet. They'll do 1/2 & 1/2 for those of you who don't like it super sweet. I've tried the regular, mint, raspberry, Georgia peach and citrus energy tea. All fantastic! But...... my favorite thing is is the fresh RO water they make the tea with and they sell along with the wonderful crunchy tiny ice! I buy bags of this stuff to take home! And to refute the 3 star review of @Scraps, every employee I've see since this place has opened has on a mask and gloves. Very few people go inside because the drive through is busy. But some do kind of taste the same with different hints of lime, lemon citrus, and sweet berry flavors! I recommend the sweet blueberry flavor! Overall: they have a pretty cool shop inside with different YETI and other brand drinking cups and merch! You can taste any flavor before you select your final flavor! I have to update this review because I have become a regular and covid restrictions have changed so it's only fair. -Tea is consistently excellent. -Drive thru line is quick; however, I always go inside. I get cups and gallons. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for my order. -The store is clean, the self serve area is clean, and it is routinely maintained by the staff. - The staff are friendly and proactive, which is exceptional as they are primarily high school students. They make eye contact, they are conversational, polite, friendly, never offensive, and just cheerful to be around. This is excellence in hiring, training, and customer service in action. This is a great drink option in the area. They have a huge assortment of flavored teas all in both sweet and unsweetened. You can get any size cup or even purchase by the gallon and they have many fruit add in options. I think the thing that sets this place apart-at least for me- is their huge selection of unsweetened flavored teas. I mean those are hard to come by at most drink places. Most places all have flavored sweet tea but rarely flavored unsweetened. I also appreciate the option here to mix as many flavors as you want. My go-to mix is the unsweetened mint and unsweetened watermelon. It has so much flavor you don't even miss the sugar. If you know what you want, drive through is the way to go but if not, sample cups to test out as many flavors as your heart desires, inside await you. Happy hour is daily from 2-4pm. Decided to go in, as the drive thru had a pretty long line, and it was our first time. Unsure what to really expect, we donned the masks and headed in. After walking through automatic doors, it seems more of a convivence store set up. Right in front of you, there is the cash register. To the left is a plethora of self serve drink dispensers. They have t-shirts for sale, and Yeti products as well. There are little sample cups if you need help deciding what to get. Three different cup sizes are offered, once you pick the size cup, you fill it with that wonderful nugget ice, then on to the tea. That's the hard part... which to get. I sampled the Ryan Palmer, Sweet Coconut, Sweet Mango and Sweet Georgia Peach. It was pretty difficult decision. Not going to lie. Went with the Sweet Georgia Peach, and it did not disappoint. I think next time I may try to go with the Sweet Coconut, or maybe the unsweet Coconut. Both were tasty. The unsweet teas were not bitter, very flavorful and very fresh. They do offer a happy hour, daily from 2-4, half off drinks! Oh.. and you can even buy it by the gallon! read more

I love this place so much that I have been making the 20 minute drive every week. Definitely go inside the store to try all of the flavors You can purchase a gallon for around $5.50 and you can split flavors in the gallon. I've mixed up some interesting teas, my favorite being sweet blueberry green + unsweetened mint. The chai samples were AMAZING so I think I'm going to mix chai with coconut next! They have a happy hour 2-4 where the drinks (excluding gallons) are 50% off. The ginger peach, mango, and coconut are super delicious. The Ryan Palmer is great - not too sweet or tart. The blueberry green tea is probably my favorite. The staff is very sweet and helpful and service is fast. My only critique - open one closer to downtown so I don't have to drive out so often!!! read more

I got a watermelon/ryan palmer tea! I thought it was great, but it could've used more watermelon flavor. My friend got a watermelon/coconut tea which she gulped in 5 minutes (medium sized). Finally someone with a flavored, decaffeinated iced tea! That's all I ever wanted! Other tea flavors are deliciously unusual and refreshing! Staff really nice and accommodating! I wanted to bring my friend a gallon of tea to last through the day while she was packing. They happily gave me cups of ice to go along with the gallon of tea. We went here this weekend and it was great. I came back today and it was a different visit. The tea was fine, but the service ruined the whole experience. To preface, I am not one to typically complain about service. The kid at the drive thru was very rude. I ordered and he kept repeating "anything else?" Bluntly. I pull up to the window and pay. I ask which tea was which and he seemed bothered that I would even ask. I then realized I hadn't received the fruit I ordered. I waited for him at the window. I asked for the fruit and he said "well I can't put it in the cup any ways." I started to respond saying "that's fine, can I just get it on the side" he closed the window on me. I told a friend on the phone he was a bit rude and they were very shocked at the interaction. When he came back he said "what did you say?" I said "that was rude and you had an attitude." He said "I ain't got no attitude". I assured him someone else heard the conversation and agreed he did. Mid conversation he then closed the window on me again. Needless to say I have no desire to take the 30 minute round trip drive for horrible service and overpriced tea. I would expect this amount of disregard from a global chain fast food joint but not a speciality small owned business. read more

Saw this place as I was driving down Bulverde Rd and figured I'd check it out. Went inside and was greeted by all the employees nearby, which was refreshing. I was immediately asked if I had visited any of their locations before, which I had not. I was informed that I could go and sample any flavors I wanted to, and offered a few special mixes as in the Ryan Palmer/Mango Fresca mixed. What a refreshing drink. It's sort of a convenience store concept, with a drive thru as well. I went way before Happy Hour, and this being Military City USA, asked about a military discount... which they don't have. It would be nice of they did, but with their prices comparable to Sonic, and having a Happy Hour from 2-4, it's good to go. I've seen some concerns regarding their COVID related practices, and I felt no problem. I applaud this business for opening as they have during the pandemic, and wish them all the success.
