They recommended labs I already had done, and another ultrasound I just had a few months ago which is the reason I went in. They refused to send me for further testing. My primary care had to order an MRI. I told them I don't want to do a colonoscopy because I wake up during all my surgeries and I don't want to take the risk, why not a ct scan or mri. They ignore. My ultrasound showed gallstones which they said they treat, and the report showed very little information, but they refused to look at the images and told me its all fine. When calling and asking if they handle the specific problem I know I have, instead of answering they just tell me to get a colonoscopy! Just wow. terrible.

While my father's condition is not without its issues, Dr. Mankal has been amazing. His bedside manner is incredible, he is patient and extremely knowledgeable and best of all my father is still with us, 4 years after the liver doctor at the hospital wrote him off. I also love the portal and usually get answers to questions or requests for meds within 24 hours.
