Finished up, paid the bill and left only to have it over heat a couple of miles down the road. Turned around, took it back and the saga of troubleshooting began. To make a long story short, after several parts (over a period of days) were changed the tech figured he might have gotten a bad part. Changed the thermostat out again and fixed the issue. Now they could have hit me up for additional troubleshooting, but the answer when I asked what I owed was, you paid for a thermostat. We had a bad one out of stock and that has now been replaced and you owe us nothing else. I have been a mechanic over 40 years in aviation. Bad parts happen and can drive you crazy. The tech at Express was open, honest and kept at the issue until it was resolved. I could not have asked for better treatment and will return for my routine maintenance in the future.

I ended up sitting in the line as if I was getting an oil change. Once I pulled up, I stated I was not popping the hood, I told the first person I was there to have the car tires examined as now a second time was low. The vehicle was pulled around back and after a wait I was informed that their technology could not patch a tire with its tread depth. They referred me to two other businesses. I requested topping off the tires, which they did. On both visits, staff was cordial.

My car broke down and I had to walk across Interstate 55 from Southaven to Horn lake to get home. It was hot and humid. As I was walking by I politely asked the employees inside could I charge my phone and they said , "Sure you can" They also offered me a ride home.I ask them to take me to a nearby car rental so I could rent a car. I'm beyond disappointed with the experience I had at this location. I've been a loyal customer for…read morea long time and don't go anywhere else but here to get my oil changes. Because of that, I trusted them to take proper care of my car -- but this visit completely broke that trust. After they worked on my car, it suddenly started leaking oil severely -- something that was never a problem before. What's even worse is that they admitted they knew my car had a severe oil leak but continued to work on it anyway. Their own policy clearly states that they are not supposed to perform services on vehicles with severe oil leaks or similar mechanical issues until those problems are repaired. By ignoring that, they made the situation much worse. Now my car is leaking oil so badly that it's unsafe to drive, and they want to charge me around $600 to fix the issue -- a problem they caused by continuing to work on a car they should've refused service on. When I confronted the manager about it, he was snarky, rude, and completely unprofessional. He showed no accountability or concern and even said that he "wished he never touched my car," all while admitting they knew there was a severe oil leak. Yet they still took my money and tried to take advantage of me -- clearly assuming I wouldn't question it because I'm a woman. This entire experience was unacceptable, dishonest, and unethical. I expected better from a place I've trusted for years. If they had followed their own procedures and treated customers with respect, none of this would have happened. I strongly recommend anyone considering service here to be extremely cautious. Ask questions, get everything in writing, and don't let them take advantage of you. I'll be reporting this to corporate and taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

We cannot thank Sid Kelly and his crew enough for their very professional and friendly service…read more Sid treated us like family and went above and beyond to help us get the best deal on tires for our Ram 3500. Just bought new tires a year ago and the tread was turning into chunks and peeling off. He got us a great discount on a better brand tire. We are retired and travel all the time in our 5th wheel, so tire safety is a big concern. Thanks Sid and the 3rd Generation team! You are awesome.

The gentleman that takes in customers advises everyone that comes in that they are busy and they close at noon. It was clear on both of my visits he didn't want to be there and wanted to discourage anyone coming thru the door to patronize business to come back another day. I heard several people being told this and it was before 10am. Sid the owner was present on the visit when I was in the store on 1-31-15 not sure where he got his interpersonal skills from but he needs to go to some classes or take some courses on providing better service. While ultimately everyone got what they came in for he made almost every conversation that I heard while in the waiting area almost an interrogation and put people on the defensive. I had some warranty items that I had installed but after this last experience I will not be returning. I want to be appreciated and feel like a human being when I am spending my hard earned money
