Well, the manager signed for my package, I was notified and went to pick it up. THe manager says he has no idea and doesn't remember signing and has no idea where it may have went. This is crap service and theft at the least. Now I am stuck waiting another week with a broken phone because some jerk couldn't keep his hands to himself, or herself. These are good auto parts stores I suppose but as for a UPS access sight this place is the worst and not trustful in anyway. I had a dust-up with a deer this summer--first ever in decades of Midwest living--and I guarantee you Jordan Toyota will get my business.
