I've been here three times in the last couple years and all three times were good. The staff is friendly & professional and the place is generally clean. I only have two concerns, and arguably neither one is their fault. One, during one visit, my recliner chair started moving up and I couldn't get it to stop, but who knows if that were an issue with the chair or an issue with me. Two, concession prices are high, but I think that's the case just about everywhere, and what I got was good, so it's not like they're charging high prices for slop. I've had good experiences; I just recommend you have plenty of money handy if you want to buy snacks, and be careful of the recliner seats. read more

So 20 bucks for a large popcorn and two drinks with no refills in sticker shock. The soda costs about $.25 a gallon to make. Popcorn's about the same. So sticker shock there. That doesn't count the $23 at the door. A movie with concessions used to be 20 bucks for a decent date. Now it seems that it's working its way to $45. In two years they've cut the total value per dollar paid in half. It would be nice if over the last two years I was able to get a doubling of the money I get paid for each unit of value I deliver. Several workers, one of them that I was very impressed with head pretty good hustle. He had his head in the game, and was moving to make his stuff and everybody else's stuff work. Antonio. This is a well run theater in Huber Heights just off I-70. Instead of typical chairs this theater has recliners. Staffing at the ticket counter and at concession stand would speed things up. It's busy because it's pretty good. The theater management should consider serving food and drinks in the theaters themselves. We've been to such theaters in Tucson and it's another great reason to go see a movie. read more

Bought reserved tickets for Martin Sheen movie "The Way" ( one night only showing on May 16)at 7 pm). This event was live streamed by Fandango throughout other cinemas at the same time Nothing showed up on the screen til at least 7:20 pm and we had missed part of the beginning of the movie. I asked the manager after the movie ( along with several others) what happened. Said at first projector was not working and then blamed the streaming company. So I asked him if I called down to The Greene Cinema, they should had experienced the same thing. He did not respond. Another customer stated this same thing happened with a Fandango event in Huber before. Just beware there is a trend with this theater with these special events. read more

I absolutely love going to the movie theaters. I go every single Friday with my significant other. Never once have been disappointed by the experience. I just saw however that you have to be 18 years of age to enter in the movie theater after 6:00 PM. I am above the age so I guess it doesn't really phase me but if I was any younger I would be upset by this because movies have been a tradition every Friday since I was a young teenager. read more

The concessions staff have no sense of urgency at all and lines are slow. They are always very pleasant and polite. The theater is clean but the seats in the more popular locations and theaters need to be repaired. read more

Lots of screens, comfy seats, but not the cleanest or cheapest. Whatever popular movie you want to see, they are going to have it. It's reserved seating. I highly recommend purchasing tickets on line before arriving. We will even do that on the drive to the theater. However, new releases you will want to buy several hours in advance. They have the recliners that work fine. If you have an odd number of people one of you might have to share an arm rest with a stranger. But hey I might be that stranger, so it's not all bad. The restrooms are plentiful and clean. The theaters are clean. So they get docked to four stars because... The concessions almost always look unkept... cluttered... Even a little less than clean. Also, the cost. With the nice reserved seats comes a slightly higher cost. read more

I love this theatre. Big comfy, wide power recliners you can cuddle in. No better Cinema in the area. That said... I hate one thing about this theatre. The bathrooms. They have two hallways, three bathrooms in each, but due to the way the bathrooms are laid out it end up being stupid as all get out. Girl, boy, girl to the left. and for some reason... boy, boy, girl to the right. With the girls waaaaaaaaaaaaay at the end. See they rightfully put a boy and a girl at edges of the lobby, on on each side then mysteriously decided to only alternate the others in one hall, It's the stupidest thing. The right hall has two consecutive men's rooms within 50 feet of each other. What sense does that make? And without any forthought, every movie for a more female audience seems to be in the hall without two girls rooms, but in the one with a single all the way far far away end. Sigh, it's pretty petty complaint, but since every movie I go to see seems to be on the right side I'm calling it valid. read more

We see movies here 1-3x/ month. The reclining lounger seats that you reserve online have really saved this theater. Sometimes, the concession workers are pleasant, and they pay attention to what you order. More often, you have to tell them 2-3 times that you want Diet Coke, not regular, and yes, you do want butter on your popcorn. If you go to a matinee the concession area will be reasonably clean. If you go during a busy evening, forget it- there will be popcorn all over the floor and the counters are often sticky. No matter when we go, it's always at least ten minutes in line to get popcorn & soda. This week we went to a matinee, so we got decent service by a bored worker who did at least listen to our order. The overall theaters and restrooms are usually clean. The lounger seats are comfortable and in good repair. The temperature in these theaters is usually comfortable. read more

Let's start by saying I've never been treated more disrespectfully by management. They wouldn't let me take my sister to see a movie past the time they allow minors to see movies without a legal guardian. I am 22, and their sign says "must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 21" and I asked the manager how he knows I am not her legal guardian after he was being rude as soon as he approached me, and he LAUGHED in my face and told me "there's no way i am her legal guardian" and another associate referred to me as a child, which I also find very disrespectful. don't go here unless you like being treated poorly read more

As frequent patrons of this theatre, we were excited when they renovated the inside installing amazing reclining chairs. We had stopped coming to the theatre before renovation as it was becoming run down and dirty. At first it was great after the renovations but this theatre is slowly reverting back to how it was before with dirty restrooms, sticky floors, terrible service at the concession stand (complete with about 1 foot of popcorn on the floor despite there being an army of staff behind the counter.... could someone PLEASE GRAB A BROOM??). Last time we went the floor near the concession counter was so sticky it was an effort to move around. It is a shame as obvious a lot of money was invested into the facility. Basically very poor management is driving it back to a filthy gross place again. 2 stars because it could be saved with a cleaning contract. read more

This is a nice place to go see a movie. The luxury recliners are a very comfortable way to watch your movie. I definitely recommend reserving your seats plenty ahead because if you do walk ups right before showtime seat selection is not the best. I typically like to go to a early show and reserve seats the night before to get the early bird pricing. read more

I truly love this movie theater. The best experience is if you make sure you have the Cinemark App on your phone so you can purchase your tickets (the seats are assigned) before you get to the theater. The seats recline and are extremely comfortable. Definitely a great place for a date night. My wife and I both live coming here for movies. read more

Ok seriously, who wouldn't love to watch movies in the awesome loungers??? I won't take my kids to a movie anywhere else. This is by far the most comfortable way to watch a movie. Only one thing would make it better is food service right to your seat....but hey I love this place. If you have not been before don't just walk in as you may have a hard time getting a seat. I made that mistake meeting a friend and her kids. It was a complete fail as there were no seats left. But if you plan ahead and buy tickets online it is a super smooth process. I always buy mine online now and don't mind paying the small fee to pick seats. Since now I know the trick to book ahead I absolutely love coming here! read more

The two previous reviews are very old. We have been the theater many times since the remodel and it is great. Luxury recliners, great snacks and they even sell beer if you are so inclined, and it's not much more expensive than the bottled water. I am new to OH and it seems that Ohioans are not inclined to use Yelp, but I have found Yelp invaluable, especially while traveling. It is always great to get perspectives of local restaurants and services from locals. Anyway this theater is awesome and you can get discounts senior etc but if you want to get military discount you must skip the kiosk and purchase tix inside. read more

This is our favorite theatre. We come here all the time. The reclining seats are great and the temperature in the theatre is never too cold or hot. I love buying my tickets on the app and preselecting my seats, and then using the kiosk or a person scanning my phone at the desk. My only problems with this theatre are, people getting in free. I have seen people just walk into the theatre and right over to one of the movies without paying or anyone stopping them to ask for a ticket. Then they will try to steal better seats in the theatre. I think there should be more employees asking to see tickets. read more

A few pluses for this theater, buying tickets and reserving your seat prior to being at the theater and they have recliner seats. Now for the negative. They no longer have the ticket kiosks where you can print/buy your tickets and if you have to purchase your tickets at the one counter be prepared to wait. We went at 4pm on a Saturday and there were several groups in front of us and only two people working the ticket counter. We did ask when the kiosks would be put back in and they had no idea if or when. The other huge negative is concessions. No matter when we've fine it's been extremely slow. Extremely. I get if I'm in a long like with 10 people in front of me but that's never really been the case. For instance yesterday there was a couple in front of me who had already ordered when I got in line behind them and the person waiting on them had disappeared. After waiting at least 10 minutes, my friend who was on another line ordered for me because the worker for my line showed up but still didn't appear to be doing anything. We were able to get both of our orders and the line I was in didn't move. We have complained about this before to the theater and had a conversation with the manger and it's never gotten better. I get it will take longer when it's busy/crowded in fact I would expect it but that's not been the case when I have been there and this has happened. read more

This place is practically a parody. You should go just for the experience. Will the movie start on time or at all? Is there even anybody at the ticket counter selling tickets, who knows? Will there be sound when the movie starts? Is there a chance in hell that you'll be able to get your concessions before your movie starts, don't count on it. So Myself, my cousins and my boyfriend went last weekend to go see It Chapter 2. I was so freaking excited and everything. Keep in mind my cousin is an adult, my boyfriend and I is 15 and my other cousin is 16. So we finally get up and were able to buy ticket the woman tells us that we are not allowed to go in to See "It". I asked if we could call our parents and they tell them they give us permission to watch the movie and she said no. Well long story short she let us into watch " scary stories to tell" which we did enjoy other than the fact it was probably way scarier than it Chapter 2. We went home and told our parents and they were absolutely pissed and didn't understand why they wouldn't let us in so if we had adult with us. Other than that we had fun. read more

This theater gets more disgusting each time we come. It's unfortunate such a nice facility is kept in poor condition. The bathrooms are always disgusting and something is broken most times we come. Every time we've come, the snack bar area is an absolute mess. I made the mistake of turning on the flashlight on my phone to find out seat numbers when we entered one of the theaters last weekend. HUGE MISTAKE! Food in the seat cushions, dirty floors, and tickets from previous customers in the drink holders. And none of those were issues that had happened that day. It was clear that the place hadn't been taken care of or cleaned for a while. Also, the QR code reader hasn't worked one time we've been there so we have to go to the counter or one of the kiosks to get our tickets printed rather than use my phone. It's also clear that the employees have not received the appropriate (if any at all) customer service training as they are consistently rude and inattentive. All of these issues indicate poor management, oversight, and leadership. You guys are lucky there are limited theater options in that area! read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a theatre that I pay a lot of money to enjoy a night out. We stood in line for a half an hour at the concession stand and there were only two people ahead of us. The staff was not working well together what so ever. When we asked the manager for help, he dismissed us. When we finally got up to the counter and ordered and paid, I noticed that my drink had no ice in it. The cashier then proceeded to tell me that the whole theater was out of ice!!! Really? Absurd!!!! She should have informed me before I purchased the beverage. Customer service..... AWFUL!!! And on top of it all the popcorn, which is a treat for me, was tasteless. Very very disappointed!! read more

LOOK... Some people are professional complainers, they are not ever going to be satisfied no matter how you try, so don't. It is a movie theatre, you go, you sit, you watch a movie, you go! End of story. It may not be as clean as it should be at times, the bathrooms may not be kept up at all times....so what?! I am not there to eat, my guest and I do that either before or after the move and I can 'hold it" for an hour or two. Like anywhere else you can take your carry blanket for the seats, because who knows what kind of skin condition the person may have had that sat before you. I have been in high end establishments and restaurants and the bathrooms were disgusting. It is not a reflection on the facility, it is the nasty people with no home training that should be screened. Police activity galore! Left movie tonight to the tune of 5 police cruisers out front. It seems everytime we go to this theatre the police are there for something. I do not feel safe at this theatre. Went to the concession stand for one of the associates to demand that we move to another line on the other side of the counter. I emphasize the word demand as this wasn't a polite request by the associate. Getting ticket stub was even more of a nightmare. There was a line of people trying to get into the movie. The line was not moving due to one of the associates at the podium wasting their time arguing with a patron over tickets. While in the movie, there were many kids attending to see the movie. This was a rated R movie. The kids were constantly running in and out of the movie and being disruptive. My spouse stepped out of the movie to let someone at the podium know about the issue. She was told she would have to get a manager because the associate did not have a radio. Someone briefly came in to the movie and stood against the wall. The issue continued throughout the movie. The kids should have not been allowed in the movie to begin with as the movie was rated R and I did not see them accompanied by adults. My next movie experience will not be at this theatre! read more
