Went to eat last night around 830/9 and was seated immediately. Ordered a cactus blossom (watched server write it down, but never put it in), and my girl and I each ordered steaks with side salad and loaded potatoes. Never once were we asked for refills on drinks, Dr Pepper was all carbonation, I ordered a draft Budweiser and was given a bottle with a glass instead, my girls loaded potato was super dry and barely had butter or sour cream. My prime rib was dry and seemed like it had absolutely been sitting a while. Steaks were cooked properly but that was about the only thing that was worth it. We had to go find someone to adjust the bill as a game charge was there when we never touched the kiosk. Server was MIA for a majority of the night and didn't seem to care at all that we were there. Won't be back to this location, multiple issues in past and this was the last I'll deal with. The restaurant and especially the section was dead. Shouldn't have been that bad of an experience for the $60+ bill. read more

We recently came here with our family of four to mark the end of summer and the start of a new school year. We were glad to see that we could add ourselves to the waitlist through their app. They were pretty busy when we got there. Once we checked in we were seated within 10 minutes. We got good friendly service throughout our meal. The steaks and chicken were delicious! The ribs were over cooked and dry. All our sides were yummy and our boys loved their rolls! I was nervous. Last time I came here during the day it was AWFUL! Today was most certainly different. Food was cooked perfectly, waitress was great and everything came in a timely manner. Ambiance is the same as always, chill, sports, peanuts, and fun workers. I had the country fried steak with white gravy. Sadly i didn't get a photo, because it was a beauty. I've eaten many times at Texas Roadhouse and generally have a good experience. But I must say this one surpassed my expectations! My wife and I ate there the evening of Oct 16, 2024 . The 6 oz Dallas filet was excellent. I would put it up against Ruth's Chris or any higher priced steak restaurant. Grilled shrimp were perfect. Side salad even had egg in it. Great experience. So early this evening my husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse in Festus,Mo to enjoy a steak dinner. While eating our steaks the waitress came over asked if we wanted a refill on our sweet tea. Mark said yes my glass was over half full still she picked it up my glass of tea to pour more and dropped it spilling the entire glass of sweat tea on me! Waitress said she was sorry however I was wet cold and sticky now! She did not call manager over she just got towels dropped them on floor and put up wet sign and gave me another sweat tea glass and new black napkin. At this point I'm pissed for she should have offer discount on my meal or free dessert or something for raining my night out!! She told me I haven't spilled anything in couple months. Well she should not have splilled anything on me! Instead of me making a scene we just left and will not be back. We don't go out much and this ruined the rest of our plans for the evening. Our impression of Texas Roadhouse has changed and not for bad food but for horrible customer service after a pretty big screw up. read more

When coming in, it was noted that it did seem rather busy and we accepted that it might be a slow service. at the hosting area, there were at most five hostesses, at the least, two. We are a party of three, no high chairs. A three top isn't bad, it's very easy to deal with a three top. when taken back to our table, we were stopped in the middle of the walkway. Our hostess, the main issues of this night, said NOTHING to us. she walked away and began to clean off a table, stopped, came back, said NOTHING, and sat another table. She walked to the computers and looked over them. we are still in the middle of the way. my sister asks if we should move back to the waiting area and are told to. so we do. two tables get seated after we get sent back. we eventually get seated. food was decent, nothing by bad, nothing extraordinary. rolls were fire as usual. our server, i believe his name was Joey was super dope. He admitted that he wasn't told he had another table, we felt bad as he obviously just wanted to go home. thank you for being cool joey. on our way out, the main hostess said goodnight. the same one from seating us responded with, "i hope you have a wonderful night!" in the most bitchy tone you could imagine. my sister as we walk out replied with, "i hope you stub your toe." the hostess says, "Don't worry, i will!" did we respond great? no. but your hosting staff shouldn't be made up of incompetent people. screw you girl with braids and the hello kitty keychain. read more

It was our first time at this location, we were a large party of 11, so I called ahead and made sure they were prepared. The staff did an awesome job with a full house of hungry costumers. It was a Sunday evening and this place was packed . The service was wonderful and our food was delicious.. only one person sent their food back, but he does that everywhere we go, so it's nothing this place did or didn't do. The only downside is this place can get super annoying with their birthday celebrations.. its like every 10 minutes.. the whole staff is hollering and clapping all while singing their birthday song. . I swear the kitchen cannot hit a temperature if I stood in their kitchen and watched. Every time I have been there since they opened. I ask for medium rare. My steak either comes out grey, dry and tough or it comes out blue. I have ordered carry out a few times and it is the same. It is the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. I ordered Mac and cheese and I got dry Mac and cheese. I had to add my own to make it cheesy. I live 10 miles from this location and will be driving the 40 minutes it takes me to go to Longhorn. Very friendly staff from start to finish. 8 ounce New York Strip was very good. Side salads are fresh and tasty. Country fried chicken was okay. Would not get it again. Last time I will be coming to this establishment, normally I don't write reviews but this is just mind blowing. Called ahead and got a table for 4 adults and a kid for 7pm. Upon arrival we got our table at 6:55pm and everything went great. As soon as we sat down we wore greeted by our waitress who took our drink order along with kid order and a apritizer. One beer, one margarita, two cokes and a kid drink. Few minutes later we got our drinks and the waitress said they are working on the apritizer and the margarita, totally fine as we got the chance to look over the menu. At 7:15pm we received our loaded potato wedges along with kid meal of chicken tenders and fries. I asked about the margarita and she said she would check on it after taking our order. 22oz sirloin medium- well smothered with onions and mushrooms, cup of chill loaded and a house sald along with greens beans. 20oz sirloin well done, mash potato with white gravy and side of corn. 20oz bone in ribeye medium, Cesar salad with baked potato loaded. 16oz filet medium, mash potatoes with white gravy, house salad and side of corn. We places order at 7:20pm, about 10min later we receive our salad, still no margarita. Few moments later manager came over to let us know it will take a bit longer due to them cleaning the logs and because the steaks are as so big it will take bit longer then normal , no problem I understand. Waitress came by to see how thing are with salds, I asked about the margarita when she apologized and said she would check on it. At 8:15 I received the margarita well over an hr of waiting since I placed a drink order, that is also when I aksed how long it might be for the steaks and she said she's not sure, but will check on it and should be out in a few minutes. 9:10pm the food came out, at first it all looked fined however thats when it wasn't. All of the steaks got cooked to well done, I mean all 4 steaks came out well done. Most of the sides cold if not all, the only thing that was good till that point was the bread and salad. After 2hrs in the restaurant of waiting for steak to have it made wrong is a big issue. I showed my steak to the waitress and told her it should be medium rare and she said "yes that is not medium rare at all im sorry " she did offer to take it back but wasn't sure how long it would be but she will talk to the manager to see what she could do. Few moments later after being frustrated we asked for our check. The waitress said she wasn't able to do nothing and that she's not authorized to credit anything because the manager didn't approve it. $213.73 for food that was cold and over cooked is not acceptable at all. I still tipped the waitress because I know it's not her fault it's the kitchen and managment that failed her. For $250 I would expect better service and better food, I ensure you I will take my family and business somewhere else where my steak won't be burned. Saturday 4:00pm 3/22/2025. Worst food and service we've had in a long time. We don't normally eat at chain restaurants and Saturday was exactly why. Someone gave my wife a Texas Roadhouse gift card and it was her birthday. She said we might as well use it. We were seated right away, which was nice. Cece was our server, sorta. We only saw her twice. She took our order and ask how the food was after someone else brought it out. But she didn't stick around long enough for us to tell her it was terrible. Wife's sirloin was supposed to be med well. It was very much rare. I had pulled pork which was cold and completely flavorless, even after I put some sort of sauce on it. The fries had enough salt to melt the ice on my driveway. It was the first time I've ever spit food out in public. The green beans were ok. Problem was we had no one to complain to because we never saw Cece. We ended up paying for $60 worth of food and leaving, $58 worth of food on the table. Made a pick up order at 5pm, they said pick up time was 5:45. We arrive on time and are told to continue to wait a few moments until we receive a text. We wait until 6:20 and drive around to the pick up window after becoming impatient. When we pull back around she grabs our food off the shelf as it has been sitting. We then told her we had been waiting over 30 minutes and never received a text. All we got was a "sorry we're new back here". We get home to try and enjoy our dinner with the family and everyone's food was cold. Nothing against the girls in the takeout part but all of this is clearly a management issue. The first few times they had just opened and I do understand that it takes some time to get things running properly so I looked past the mistakes. Tonight however I was very disappointed. I took my nephew to dinner we ordered an appetizer they brought the wrong thing to our table, this was fixed and 10 min later received the correct item, we waited over 45 min to receive our food. I ordered my steak med rare, my nephew med Pittsburgh style. The steak I received was well done (I'm talking dry) his steak was med rare Pittsburgh style they we sent them back the new steaks we received were no better. Mine still well done, his still med rare. I have eaten there 3 times and all three times it was bad, this last time was with my granddaughter, and we went there we ordered our meal and appetizer. They brought our appetizer and it was a little over cook but that was ok and my salad the same time. My granddaughter and I were eating the blossom onion and they then brought out our meal, my steak was burnt. So I sent it back. My 4 year old granddaughter had to use the bathroom so I took her and when we came back to our table our food was gone, and our drinks were gone, the manager was there looking at our table.
