Omelet was well cooked and stuffed with crispy bacon and cheese. I was blown away by the corned beef hash. When we get hash, we like it crispy. This hash was - as requested - brutally incinerated with no mercy. It was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten in a diner. OMG. Perfection. The biscuits and gravy were also amazing. I am also a big fan of this dish and I can tell you that sausage gravy should not be WHITE - this gravy at Mac's was brown and rich and filled with an abundance of sausage bits.
