So plan on at least a 45 minute wait unless you get lucky and have seats at the bar and get to watch them cook in the kitchen. Observed several food separation violations within the walk in cooler. Ready to eat produce was stored directly underneath raw ground corned beef hash on the rack. Observed raw whole cut steaks on speed rack stored below raw ground burger, pork and corned beef hash. Observed raw fruits and vegetables to be stored on the ground in the walk-in cooler. Observed flooring throughout the kitchen to no longer be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Observed holes in the walls in the kitchen next to the ware washing machine.

I live hand-cut fries. Never disappointed with those. Be ready to order when you get there. Walk in grab a paper menu and fill it out. Hand it to the people behind the counter and wait. Also, some areas had signs about using a QR code to validate parking, but apparently those were not activated yet (and seemed unpopular with the staff). It was fairly crowded when we arrived (probably 9:30 a.m.). However, they apparently just expanded and took over the adjoining space (formerly a t-shirt shop). So though the 'original' booths and counter stools were mostly taken, there appeared to be open tables in the new space. Service was sort of tag-team; whoever walked by and noticed that you needed something tried to take care of it. That is in no way a complaint - it was an efficient system. We all ordered and had a short wait for the food, given the volume of customers. When it arrived, everyone liked their platters. I had a cheese omelet, bacon, and hash browns. All were quite tasty. The coffee was good too. Prices were reasonable. I'm not much of a 'breakfast out' person at home, but if I were on HHI for any period of time, I'd definitely go back here.
