Found a vest, to increase the insulation needed without the extra bulk, around the arms, due to the single digit temperatures recently. They seem to have found a greater variety of housewares and sporting goods. There's an extensive pet section; beds, toys, grooming, and coats are always in stock. It's kind of fun to wander through the Store and see what they have in stock; there's always something different.

There are plenty of selections for each department, and a lot of it looked kept up and cleaned. Something that appealed to my eyes was the decor, and also the outdoor products they offer. Quite a bit of variety to choose from for anyone's taste, and boy is it great. There's plenty of clothing that is provided with not a huge variety of styles, but instead a decent amount to choose from based on one style, pertaining to sports clothing. Also, there are shoes to pick on as well. Customer service for the most part is good, along with the checkout line as well. A decent store to visit for sure.

Bought a $3000. piece of fitness equipment from Fitness Showrooms last year (a Precor elliptical…read moretrainer)....within 18 months the drive belt broke. I called Fitness Showrooms phone number which they had placed on a sticker on the equipment, the number was an answering machine on which I was told ,"leave a message and my call would be returned within 2 business days". They did not return my call. Then I found my original sales receipt and called the phone number on it which was a different number than was on the sticker...more automated answering machines. Eventually someone from the store returned my call. I was told that the repair of the fitness equipment was done by a different company...by the same name Fitness Showrooms and that I needed Fitness Showrooms the store to process my request for repair by Fitness Showrooms the repair company. The repair company finally called me back and told me it would cost $500 to replace the belt on my machine! I asked them to just sell me the belt and I would do it myself...they refused to sell me the belt. I had to call Precor myself and order the belt which cost $49. Precor was very surprised at the price that Fitness Showrooms wanted to charge me for the repair and said they would look into it.

It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs.
