I brought it back because it was ghost shifting and I had a "light" crash ... Went to pick up my bike AGAIN after just bringing it there, regardless of the "small" crash the bike was going to have to go back after the initial gear check / repair for $75 because it was (ghost shifting) so regardless it had to go back ... Pick it up for a second time and they over charged me $20 bringing my bill to $120 .... They took the $20 charge off and left my bike repaired with a badly scratched derailleur on it even though I brought a fresh one with no scratches in on the second visit... Not the best experiences, just calling it how it is / was too. I mean who repairs a bike with a fresh hanger but leaves the derailleur looking like shit.. Located in my town but if I don't have to back I won't go back! Spent close two $200 in two repairs and both times left unhappy.. Actually on the first repair I had to bring it back beside for $75 it shouldn't make sounds and should work accordingly, no!?! SUPER UNHAPPY. Now I need to bring it to another bike shop to have the derailleur taken care of and my handle bars wrapped was left looking like shit and when I brought it in I said I had handle bar wrap but no one asked if I was happy or need anything else situated before they went on vacation and before I picked it up. If I opened a bike shop I know I could do better and it starts with BUILDING RAPPORT AND ACTUALLY CARING!

I thought that was a bit much to charge $16 to put a tire in an innertube which took all of four minutes. I also asked the owner why a brand new tricycle would veer off to the left as if it's out of adjustment, the owner laughed and said tricycles are very difficult to ride and that's just how the bikes are. I went home and researched my question and I found out that it could possibly be lack of air pressure or maybe the frame was bent or the front wheel could have been misaligned the owner of the bike shop never offered to take a look at my bike. He just said that's how they were as if he didn't want my business. I was surprised when I looked the shop up and found out that he's done service for other customers Fixing brakes adjusting axles for free, a little surprised. He charge $16 now to put in the inner tub and give bad advice Misdirecting me to another shop definitely not his, You mentioned you were looking to sell your business. Maybe your heart is not in this business anymore and you're giving bad advice and you're charging for services that should be free. There was a time when you go to your local bike shop and they give you free air or if you buy an innertube, they would gladly put the innertube in for free for maybe aligning your wheels for free, no it didn't cost $16 like you're charging today and giving misadvice for the simplest of questions so yes I would question whether I'd want to buy a bicycle from you. Oh I'm sure you'll sell me a bicycle but if I need to come back for repair or adjustment, I would not want to bring it back to you. If you're gonna sell your business, I can understand that But don't act like you're out of business when you're still opening your doors putting our money in your cash register, give us what we pay for

I dropped off my bike on a weekday and was told I would get a call in about 23-48hrs. After 48hrs I called to check on the status and was told that my bike was currently being put together. I received a call a bit later about updating my handle bar tape. I appreciated the call, but wasn't given much information about the cost of the additional tape until I asked. EOD my bike was ready for pick up. Total was around $130, wayyyy more than I was quoted, not sure where the communication break down was but I was happy to see my bike rebuilt.

My wife gifted me this for my birthday, knowing this is something I been wanting for a while. This shop is a great shop. The owner is very welcoming and actually cares about providing you with what you want. In my case I wanted a bike fitting to better utilize my bike and eliminate random soreness and fatigue in weird spots of my body. The owner took his time methodically going through my measurements and fine tuning different angles to make sure I felt most comfortable in my bike. He wasn't rushing me and he went out of his way to answer any question I had. I really appreciate that. My first impression of this shop is wow, I wish I knew about it sooner as I would have started here for my cycling needs over other competitors in the area. Has always been my go-to guy to a bike he doesn't work on often(just bc many people don't ride BMX). I was greeted immediately with a "Hello and how can I help you today". I can honestly say I almost fell over. I have been ignored in several Harley.Davidson stores. Yes, it is upsetting! Woodstock Harley Davidson was extremely helpful with my questions. I was not pushed to buy anything. And I wasn't ignored. Hell yes! I will be spending my money there from now on.
