I'm giving this business 3 stars even though I had a similar experience as the other reviewers…read morehere. BUT, when I called the number on my receipt to cancel my order, I was helped immediately and the customer service rep apologized for the misrepresentation of the sales person. The guy that came to my door had the classic sob story many others have already described, and he said this company was giving him a chance, but that he need points to get paid since they don't pay him hourly. I totally bought it until I read all these other reviews and realized he used the same tactics on me! I was not interested in any magazines, but ordered 3 thinking the money was going to a good cause. After he left, I read the back of my receipt which stated that "Salespersons are prohibited from making statements that they are employed by or for the benefit of any charitable or nonprofit organization..." The front of the receipt also stated you can cancel the transaction prior to the third business day after the transaction date. So, since I didn't want any magazines to begin with, and since the money would NOT be helping anyone, I called first thing this morning to cancel. The woman was very friendly and apologized for the misrepresentation and said they would mail my check back to me and cancel my order. I'll update this if I do not receive my check back/if it's cashed.

He had all his ID and name tags on, was well dressed and told me his name. It matches the names of team members listed on the official website. He didn't try to sell or offer me any magazines though. He told me he was a ex offender and training under his head manager , trying to get enough donations to pay for his real estate license. He said he earns "points" for each donation, and gets paid based on the amount of donations received. I didn't feel he was lying to me... but curious why he didn't offer me magazines if that is part of the sales pitch? He also gave me his personal Venmo if I wanted to help him. Hmm...

This store in Concourse A is very complete with souvenir T-shirts at a fair price, for an airport location (2x$25), lots of beverage choices, snacks and very overpriced over-the-counter items like tiny toothpaste tubes for $4 and $5, tiny deodorant sticks for $5 and tiny hand sanitizers for $4. The variety of snacks is very complete with many types of potato chips, corn chips, beef jerky and candies to choose from.

Since we didn't really explore Atlanta, we decided to grab a magnet at the airport. Stopped by this CNBC News on Saturday, September 9th around 8:45am. We actually didn't really spend any time in Atlanta, so there wasn't anything in particular we associated with our time here. So the roomie just got a random magnet that he liked. Or one that made him think of me as I adore pandas! He ended up getting a wood panda magnet for $5.99. Our transaction was quick and easy. He bought the magnet while I was just browsing the store. Unfortunately they don't carry black I "heart" whatever city I'm in tshirts here, so I didn't get my standard souvenir. Good quick stop if you are in need to a souvenir. They have plenty of shirts, magnets, etc.

Usually, the apparel is always very basic and boring and is also expensive but this store was different. Not only were the crewnecks good looking, but they were good quality and very reasonably priced ($19.99). The woman working at the store was also very helpful and helped grab more sizes that weren't already put out. Once I decided on the crewnecks I wanted, I was able to take them to the self-service kiosk and quickly check out. Overall, this was a nice little store that was convenient with good products.

The price is all the same like in all airport snack shops, pricey for what you're buying. Still, you know that coming in. My issue is with the service. This is the first airport shop I have seen that has those self-service scanners. I hate those things at any store, it's just a way for a store to reduce costs by cutting jobs, while reducing service by making you do all the work. Many times, these things error out so you're not really saving anytime. On top of that, it's not like the savings are passed on to you the consumer... of course not. Case in point, the scanner errored out. So it required the one employee at the store to stop looking at her phone and come to fix it... resulting in me getting an angry look... yeah because its my fault...
