Dr. Powell adroitly fitted me with a scleral lens. Today I can see 20-25 (and 2 letters on the 20-20 line), almost perfect with my left eye! Had to call multiple times, only to be told to "give it another week or so". Finally got the glasses on January 8th. I didn't have them a full 12 hours, AND THE LENS FALLS OUT. They weren't dropped. I wasn't cleaning them. I was literally just sitting reading and the lens popped out and dropped into my lap. Zero communication, ridiculous wait time, and a totally substandard product. Never again.
