The farm market didn't hold back on the samples, great cheese, meats, spirits, and lots of local info. Local businesses seemed genuinely happy to have us. Tips: Pay attention to forecast! This is rain or shine and 90% outdoors. We had sun, snow, clouds and wind. Dress appropriately. Don't assume the schedule will hold true. The pace is set by the group members. If some lag, the time will run on. (Not that that's a bad thing....we enjoyed our pace.) Overall a great time. If your are nearby or planning to visit, I would put it on the to do list. Hope it expands to other towns!

Our walk through Rhinebeck included sampling the best pizza I ever had, gourmet olive oils, balsamic vinegars and sea salts, breads, beers, and chocolates. We also had a chance to go into some of the unique shops Rhinebeck has to offer. Rhinebeck is a charming town and our tour guide enhanced the experience by filling us in on some of the local history. The shop owners were glad to see us and bent over backwards to welcome us. Make sure to bring a bag or backpack of some sort in case you want to purchase some of the great food you sample. We walked, ate and drank our way through Rhinebeck. It is a wonderful way to spend a day and I look forward to our next tour in another town but I also look forward to going back to Rhinebeck since it has so much to offer.

It's a big place and being so spread out I didn't know what to do first or better yet if I drove to far in one direction would I miss something even cooler on the other side of the Vally. Que in the Hud-Val Concierge. After only a few days, I experienced so much; dining and drinking where soon to be colonial leaders and legends once did, siping hard ciders by a camp fire in the orchard where the cider was pressed, even a very formal Michelin star meal in a town renowned for its dirty Hippies (Woodstock) where we also learned the concert DIDN'T take place. The time I spent in the Hudson Vally and curated by Dana left me wanting to buy cabin and set up shop. I feel like there's more to explore but my very short trip was filled with places and things that would have never occurred to me alone. I really can't wait to get back and now wish all the places I travel had someone like Dana to show all the treasures they have.

Not wanting to gather in the city or be around a lot of people, we shuffled off to the Hudson Valley and it was SUCH a welcome treat :) Hud-Val Concierge turned all of our desires into reality by planning an itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our vacation likes/dislikes. We safely (concierge was AMAZING with COVID protocol and protection) explored New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock, and Rhinebeck during the winter and CAN NOT WAIT to come back during warmer months. Our main interests of NYC caliber food, hiking, antique shopping, and distillery/brewery tours were met with such precision and thoughtfulness. We loved ALL the restaurant recs (from low key breakfast burrito spots to Manhattan-chef'd fine dining), the outdoor bar atmospheres, the historic town and classic home strolls, and the wilderness exploration. Will one hundred percent use this service again!

We started at one of the oldest buildings in Saratoga springs a lovely and were so many beautiful details were pointed out. We enjoyed yummy bruschetta before going to the farmers market. The farmers market meets down below the end every Saturday. I'm not sure when it starts but it ends sharply at 1 PM. The farmers market was the favorite part of our day. We sampled food from many different local vendors that were so incredible. The best Greek yogurt I've ever had, wonderful wine, cookies from Scabdanavia and local produce. We even sampled water from the springs. Next we went on to a local brewery and enjoy pizza and a beer. After that we went to a farm to table comfort food restaurant. Next was a local market where we tasted yummy cheese. Lastly we stopped at a honey and tea place where we sampled honey's and a little tiny dessert with cheese and apple. Gloria was our guide and she was wonderful! They also do ghost tours I would highly recommend this to her I learned so much about the history of Saratoga. You leave very full!

My tour group had 39 people!! We were so crammed on the boats at the end one family of adults had to squeeze 4 in a row. It made it hard to hear the tour guide and we were tripping on one another almost at a few times. And the elevators were the worst. We were crammed in like sardines. Very claustrophobic. Our tour guide Ethan was very friendly, but there were a few guides that passed by us in the cave that had rude tones. They'd holler at us to move to the left.. "no her left" "you need to move" they'd scream.. Again just too many people down there at once I think. The cave itself, the tour guide Ethan, everything else was good. Just wished there were fewer people included on our tour so we could really enjoy it more.

Geoff ended up running our tour and was so nice and patient. We are a bit, um, loud sometimes but Geoff made sure to get the best angles with every group picture and even picked up our untimely food order so we wouldn't miss the last tasting. He was also extremely knowledgeable about local wine! **THE EXPERIENCE** It was a gorgeous fall Saturday. I highly recommend taking this trip in October, as the foliage was breathtaking. Milea Vineyard, our first stop, felt like a mansion, and the tasting room was sunlit and gorgeous. Clinton Vineyards was more of a country farmhouse, and our group had a private tasting with the owner, Phyllis, who is a super interesting woman. The last, Milbrook, was a bit busy, but the property has a cute lake and food, and before the tasting, you can check out the vineyard and store. Again HIGHLY recommended! For the amount we paid, could have rented our own bus and taken ourselves and made our own reservations at each place. There's a reason you can't leave google reviews. Also there is a "host" that was supposed to be at each winery. This one person was with multiple groups, very nice but we had to keep asking what the plan was. We had no one go over the wines, maybe briefly at the second winery. At the cider place had the guy that worked there go over it in under 60 seconds. Its not the people working, its the organizer. This was a family trip celebrating and it was just embaressing. Poor execution, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
