    Had to stop by to see if I could have my fob reset it wasn't working. I didn't think it was the battery only because I'd replaced a few months back. This was my first time revisiting this Huffines Hyundai Dealership since the renovation was completed and it looked much more spacious compared to what it used to look like. It was also very crowded. I went up to a window I didn't know what window was what so I stopped at the first one that was in my view. I said, Hi Good morning as I walked up with a bubbly smile. The younger female looked at me as if I had three noses lol. I greeted her again this time a tad bit louder. She was like, Oh Hi good morning. I wanted to know where would I go to get my car remote reset? Her words were, We don't do anything without an appointment. Now I realize she was the check out person at that point and I didn't wanna go back and forth cause that wasn't my question. I then asked, If I needed parts where'd I need to go to? She pointed at the gentleman sitting down at the desk. He was friendly, gave me my price quotes on the items that I need and I walked over to the Service Desk's side. As I was heading towards the desks a very nice man with a shirt and tie saw me and was eager to assist me. I believe his name was Ken Winston (General Manager). He asked me a few questions and I was really impressed that he genuinely wanted to know more about the overall experience I'd had from a service person that said, He'd call me back but of course He never did. Ken did express his concerns and apologized on the behalf of the service person who didn't reach back out to me. Ken walked with me and introduced me to a young Gent whose last name was Moose. He was helpful, told me there was a THREE HOUR WAIT for me if I chose to stay. I asked the cost for a reset? It was $200 dollars I couldn't believe that. Then I decided to make an appointment for Friday. As I walked to my car, went to unlock my door with the key. I decided to go back inside to the Service person one more time. I said, For Kicks and Giggles I'd like to see if I can change my battery to my car remote. We walked over to the Parts desk they offered me a free battery which was nice but I'd already had my own brand new battery so we tried getting it out of the safety packaging which was crazy sealed . It wasn't just child protected it was adult proof also sheeesh lol. Once we put the new battery in my car remote. We walked towards the door to exit and We hear a beeping sound and it was my car honking at me lmao. I'm glad I went with my first mind to recheck the battery. I was almost about to spend $200 plus dollars and 2-3 gruesome hours for a service I surely didn't need and couldn't afford. I will be back to purchase my parts though. Overall my experience was pleasant.

    SLIVERS OF GLASS OUT OF CABIN AIR

    Do not trust huffines body shop, I got my truck back it's been a while and when I went to change the cabin air filter this is what I find. I guess this explains the reason my lights are flickering going down the road. when I contacted my sales lady she said she would call me back that's been two months , just a fair warning to anyone that goes there I actually had slivers of glass come out of the ac vent.

    **DO NOT SEVICE YOUR VEICHLE HERE** **ROOSEVELT MAY MANAGES THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN DFW** I am writing this review to simply warn and hopefully deter Hyundai owners from getting their vehicle serviced here. I truly feel as if I am "Gods Work" by creating this review simply to save people from going here and experiencing there horrible service and the horrible experience in general. I made the unfortunate decision of getting my vehicle inspected for maintenance and choosing this dealership to work on my car. I had specifically told the office desk lady I did not want the car washed due to its OEM matte paint which is very delicate and thin. Hyaundai sells other matte paint vehicles so it is beyond common since to not a car with this paint through the car wash anyways. To my suprize when having the keys handed back to me and going back to my veichle it was apparent that it had been washed and it looked horrible. Wet spots were all along the veichle but the worst part were the multiple scratches left on the car.....Not to mention my car had been previously detailed the day before and did not need a wash... The moral of the story is this dealership is filled with ignorant, low iq and rude employees, Managers included. I would re consider coming here if you need your veihcle serviced. -- I would also like to include.. Roosevelt, you are such a disgrace.. Your management skills are what give dealerships such a horrible rep and I could only imagine how great it must feel to have one of the worst rated dealerships within the county.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Also, her grammar was god awful and couldn't spell certain words right. This was just a warning of the terrible experience I was about to go through. The only time I could get a response was after requesting multiple times to be transferred to a different salesperson. After weeks of poor communication, I finally decided to stop wasting time and drive from Austin to Dallas in person. I arrived fully prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. I wasn't negotiating the advertised price, wasn't asking for discounts, and was ready to drive the car off the lot. In other words, this should have been one of the easiest sales imaginable. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse when I arrived. The dealership felt chaotic and disorganized from the moment I walked in. The showroom was crowded, messy, and far from what you would expect from a dealership selling luxury vehicles. There were visible scratches and damage throughout the facility, and even basic details seemed neglected. To make matters worse, despite my repeated requests to work with someone else, Chassity immediately approached me and brought me back to her desk. When it came time to discuss numbers, the real issue surfaced. The advertised price on the third-party website was not the actual price they intended to sell the vehicle for. They had added roughly $3,000 in "optional" products and services, including a theft protection package. I told them plainly: remove the optional package, and I would buy the car immediately. That's when I received one of the most absurd explanations I've ever heard in a car-buying experience. I was told the package was "optional," but not in the sense that it could be removed. Instead, it was "optional" because I could choose to pay even more money to upgrade it. In other words, the package was mandatory, despite being presented as optional. At that point, it became clear that the advertised price was little more than bait to get customers in the door before adding thousands of dollars in mandatory extras. Between the lack of communication, the disregard for my requests, the chaotic dealership environment, and the misleading pricing tactics, this was easily the worst car-buying experience I have ever had.

It seems this dealership USED to force charge extra $2k-3k worth of add-ons such as warranty and tint and coatings and other things that could not be refused. I then read a comment by the dealership that they are turning a new leaf and including those things in the up front price. Man, talk about not getting it. It isn't the up front or after price that matters, it is the forced upgrades to begin with. Most people don't want that. Provide a way to opt out of these things and not pay them at all and I may consider buying with you from out of state. Otherwise that's a hard no to a dealership who seems to be clueless at best, and bordering on dishonest at worst. Even with the price disclosed up front, these things should not be force included even if disclosed, that is what makes it borderline dishonest. If they confirm this policy has changed, will be happy to change the review score. But honestly, their huge disclaimer on the online listings kind of indicates you are being set up to be screwed and then pretend like "hey, we warned you" and that is what made me check the yelp reviews in the first place. Just get a clue and realize the price doesn't matter it is the fact you are forcing them to buy things they don't want to buy.
