One of the worst things about the event was the sitting. Families buy tickets to support there family and they had to be spit up with other tables, they couldn't even sit with there own family. Thats was the worst part of it all. But other than that the event was truly a blessing to witness all of them wonderful people telling us their story. So happy I was able to witness such great fighter. Keep pushing you all.

There are different areas to work out in depending what you want to do so I tend to stick to some of the same areas. I really like the Body Pump classes. All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

I have definitely seen the improvement in my overall physical stamina, body mass composition, and just overall fitness. Every one of the instructors there are great and you can ask him any question when it comes to your training and what you can do to improve it. One of the best things I'd like about it. you're not competing with anybody else, you're only competing with yourself. It doesn't matter if the person next year is running all out at 10 miles an hour and you're running at 6, it's about how you feel at the end of the workout and what you did to help your physical fitness.

About a year ago, I discovered a new business in South Reno for target exercising with 2 sections , 20 min each weekly. I like this concept of " work hard " and being in and out in 20 min. There is science behind these machines and exercises. You may monitor your progress in muscle growth and strength at the computer monitors attached to each machine. They keep your weekly records to compare. The stuff is absolutely outstanding. I enjoy having a coach by my side while I am exercising to keep me motivated. I couldn't be happier with my results. I have noticed a difference in my muscles within the first couple of weeks. I highly recommend this business to anyone, especially busy moms

Walking almost every day wasn't enough to keep me fit and it became obvious motivation to work on my overall health and fitness was necessary. My trainer at Performance EDU (Collin LaPorte) has the experience and training to help me work on various parts of my body, focusing on different muscle groups each session. My best friend has been working out here for two years so this recommendation comes from her as well. Watching all the different fitness coaches here work with people who have varying degrees of endurance and goals reassures me that they all are capable at what they do. The same facility houses a Physical Therapist business, which I personally have not used but my friend has and notes how both the PT's and fitness coaches communicate and work together for the well being of each client.

At times I can see team members walking around, cleaning, wiping down equipment, refilling sanitation stations, etc. Open 24 hours. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Stormy and the team have been positive and supportive. As a new customer, it has been a very good start. I am like a kid trying out all the new equipment to see what will be the best fit for me. Price - Depends on your plan. $15 a month for basic, $25 for the Black Card. She landed on her head one of their customers found her went back inside and contacted management. David Jacobs the general manager came out and took care of my mom who had an obvious head injuries. He would not allow anyone to move her and called for an ambulance. I don't know if the outcome would've changed but what he did help protect my mother and I am so grateful and so is the rest of my family.
