Honestly, I like this place and the work they do. My biggest struggle is that there are no written prices and they quote me different prices for my 3 dogs every time I come. Wish there were standard prices written online or something because I feel ripped off.

Had my boy groomed here a couple weeks ago and was very pleased with the outcome. I was able to call for and schedule an appointment all in the same week for them to come to my home in Miami Lakes. The groomer was very kind and even showed up a bit early. My Chewy was looking a little rough during quarantine and Huggies Pet Grooming spruced him right up to his cute, adorable self. I also need to add that he smelled amazing! Prices are about the same as other mobile groomers and I sure can't give him a haircut myself. They speak English and Spanish which was a major plus in my book. Thank you and I would highly recommend.

Beware of Huggies Mobile Grooming Gross Negligence, Dishonest, and lacking customer service skills are just a few ways to describe Huggies Mobile Pet Grooming. Anyone that knows us understands that our fur children mean the world to us. Huggies by way of their groomer Alejandra Benaquen arrived today on time, took Jeter closed the van door and started his cut. My husband Eddie goes to the van to confirm the cut style when he discovers the van does NOT have air conditioning inside! In Florida in the middle of JULY! I come outside and ask what is going on? I was given a million excuses and the groomer even tried to blame my outlets. Btw my outlets work just fine. Now, I'm not faulting the groomer for the equipment breaking down that can happen to anyone, however who in their right mind begins the cut without AC in the middle of July?! I asked for my dog back and Alejandra refused to give me Jeter back because half his hair cut was done. It took me demanding my dog back numerous times before she finally gave him back. Jeter was overheating hyperventilating and looked like he was suffering. Poor Jeter got inside and laid out on the tile for almost an hour waiting to cool down. When I spoke with the Co-Manager and explained the situation I was told Alejandra blamed our electric outlets. Their form of rectifying the situation was to get a working van out to us either next week or August 4th. All options unacceptable. This is exactly how these grooming companies end up on the news for killing people's dogs.

They did a GREAT job on the boys and accommodated them with a same day appointment. They look too cute! Thank you

Have tried several groomers & they're just not consistent, found this place & they've done a great job at brushing out knots & grooming overall our pup.

When we arrived it was a dirty old shed with a 'makeshift' cage out of what appeared to be old lockers or something. The man was fine-initially- but the whole situation gave bad vibes. We left the dogs, big mistake. 5-10 minutes later he called us that our puppy was aggressive. While still on the call he was YELLING at our 14 month old Shih tzu. Side note: He weighs 14 lbs. He's around children and the public all day. He comes to work with us... He is not aggressive. We said we would be right back and drove right back. Upon arrival he was cutting our other dog. He was asked to stop but kept cutting. He was asked again to stop but kept ignoring my husband. Since returning home, our dog has not stopped crying and rubbing his behind. He is obviously in pain. From our interactions we believe him to be very rough with the animals. We are now contacting our vet. He was a very dismissive older man with a disgusting 'shop' and no patience for animals. He said he's semi-retired. He should probably go ahead and finish. We weren't looking for a deal, he was actually more than expensive than our regular place. We just wanted someone good with the dogs which was why we left them after initially arriving... Never again.

Four days after her grooming appointment (Dec 26), she became painful when her neck was touched. When I removed her collar, the underside of her neck was raw, irritated, scabbed, and bleeding. Her collar was filthy, foul-smelling, and full of buildup. Putting a dirty collar back onto a freshly groomed senior dog--and saying nothing to the owner--is not okay. The groomers were told at drop-off that she already had scabs under her arms and across her chest. Those areas were soaked and improved, but no one mentioned the condition of her neck, which should have been obvious during grooming. I am a veterinarian, and I have since had to medically treat this injury. This could have been addressed much earlier with basic care and communication. What is most troubling is the lack of follow-up. I attempted to contact this business by phone call, text, and email and received no response. I am sharing this so other pet owners--especially those with senior dogs or pets with skin issues--are aware. Communication, hygiene, and transparency matter. I will not be returning.

Visit Date: May 3, 2025 - Around 10:30 AM…read more This was one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I've had as a dog owner. On the morning of May 3rd, I took my 1-year-old puppy to the vet for his routine annual checkup. The vet said everything looked great and recommended I take him to a groomer soon to have the hair in his ears trimmed. That same day, I decided to take him--along with my two other dogs a place I had used twice before and previously liked. But this visit went completely wrong. Later that day, I received a call simply letting me know the dogs were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that my 11-year-old dog had suffered a deep cut on her leg. The staff told me at pickup and said they had already arranged everything with an emergency vet, She was bleeding on the way, and the wound required three stitches. However, they only told me about the deep cut. We later discovered she also had a second, smaller cut near her elbow, which was never mentioned and only noticed the following day at home.(No follow up call to check on the dog was made from their end) As for my 1-year-old puppy--not a single injury was reported to me. After getting home, I discovered he had two superficial cuts on his skin, a cut on his ear, and the most serious injury--a razor burn on his testicles. None of this was brought to my attention at pickup the staff didn't even notice the injuries, which is extremely concerning. I had to take him to my vet for treatment and pay all costs out of pocket. Despite all of this, we were charged in full for the grooming, prompted to leave a tip, and even billed a "convenience fee"--with no explanation as to what that fee was for. Accidents can happen, but transparency, accountability, and attention to detail are non-negotiable when caring for pets. This experience showed a complete lack of awareness and communication. I will not be returning, and I urge other pet owners to be extremely cautious before bringing their pets here All the photos are attached.
