Had my boy groomed here a couple weeks ago and was very pleased with the outcome. I was able to call for and schedule an appointment all in the same week for them to come to my home in Miami Lakes. The groomer was very kind and even showed up a bit early. My Chewy was looking a little rough during quarantine and Huggies Pet Grooming spruced him right up to his cute, adorable self. I also need to add that he smelled amazing! Prices are about the same as other mobile groomers and I sure can't give him a haircut myself. They speak English and Spanish which was a major plus in my book. Thank you and I would highly recommend. read more

Beware of Huggies Mobile Grooming Gross Negligence, Dishonest, and lacking customer service skills are just a few ways to describe Huggies Mobile Pet Grooming. Anyone that knows us understands that our fur children mean the world to us. Huggies by way of their groomer Alejandra Benaquen arrived today on time, took Jeter closed the van door and started his cut. My husband Eddie goes to the van to confirm the cut style when he discovers the van does NOT have air conditioning inside! In Florida in the middle of JULY! I come outside and ask what is going on? I was given a million excuses and the groomer even tried to blame my outlets. Btw my outlets work just fine. Now, I'm not faulting the groomer for the equipment breaking down that can happen to anyone, however who in their right mind begins the cut without AC in the middle of July?! I asked for my dog back and Alejandra refused to give me Jeter back because half his hair cut was done. It took me demanding my dog back numerous times before she finally gave him back. Jeter was overheating hyperventilating and looked like he was suffering. Poor Jeter got inside and laid out on the tile for almost an hour waiting to cool down. When I spoke with the Co-Manager and explained the situation I was told Alejandra blamed our electric outlets. Their form of rectifying the situation was to get a working van out to us either next week or August 4th. All options unacceptable. This is exactly how these grooming companies end up on the news for killing people's dogs. read more

I have used Huggies twice in the last few months to groom my mini Aussie. The first time the cut was okay, they left behind some uneven places. AND they didn't get rid of the snarls I expressly told them about. The experience was okay but relatively inexpensive for them coming to my home. So I decided to go with them a second time, thinking it would be the same team and maybe this time I could ask them to ensure they got the snarls, but oh boy was I wrong! 1) This is by far the worst thing that happened during the entire appointment! The ladies sent to my home didn't speak much in the way of English. So they didn't understand anything I asked of them and were forced to call their boss and HAND ME THEIR PHONE!!! to speak to her DURING A PANDEMIC! WTH? So now they've put my life in jeopardy because they can't understand what I was asking. And this happened several times during the appointment. The lack of common sense right there.... 2) These two ladies had NEVER GROOMED an Aussie. HOW DO YOU SEND A GROOMER SOMEWHERE THAT HAS NEVER GROOMED THAT KIND OF DOG? You cannot shave an Aussie due to their dual coat and the possibility of it growing back incorrectly, spotty, and leaving her bald in some places. Which also meant they had no idea how to trim her to the typical Aussie look. They left her so uneven in places it was horrible. On her chest alone, just beneath her collar, the left side is so much higher than the right side. A blind person could have done a better job! 3) THEY MUZZLED my dog. That pissed me off beyond anything else too. Because she DOESNT NEED TO BE MUZZLED. She will not bite. But because my dog fussed a little when I went to hand her off and one of her nails scratched the lady, the lady flipped out in a dramatic way as if she had bit her and then while they're in the process of grooming her, I am asked to come outside, where they have the door open and I can see her standing there, MUZZLE ON HER, her tongue sticking out of her mouth. All because this woman apparently shouldn't be a groomer and fears the dogs she works with. 4) I, ONCE AGAIN, told this new team that there were massive snarls behind her ears and on her chest. And ONCE AGAIN, they didn't touch them. I am going to have to find someone else who can do it since this company obviously hires people who shouldn't be grooming dogs and people who can't understand English. 5) They used some type of shampoo or something on her that caused her massive itchiness and red spots on her belly for the next week. I had to keep giving her Benedryl twice a day until it was gone. 6) They groomed my roommate's Corgi and whatever they used on him, shampoo or whatever it is, it caused massive scabs all over his body. He's still not completely healed from them. He was also itchy for over a week after the groom. Needless to say, I am not impressed with this company nor will I ever use or recommend them to anyone. I truly wish groomers had to go through the same hoops and jumps a Vet does in order to be in business. Awful experience both times I gave them a chance. Not impressed, beyond horrified, and completely pissed off. You should ensure you are sending groomers that know the dog they're grooming. And you should make sure your employees aren't handing their phone to a customer to speak with you ON THEIR PHONE during a pandemic. Thank God I didn't get sick, but I could have. read more

Have been using your services for about a year, & was usually pleased with the service. Today was not the case. I told the young man 3 separate times to cut as close as possible without shaving. Maybe 1/4 inch was cut off, if that. Hard to tell cause the fur was so fluffy from the blow dry. Nothing from the tail. So I basically paid 75 for a bath & blow dry. Not pleased at all. Will not be calling for an appointment again, but I'm sure that no cut was to ensure future business. read more

My husband and I just got a Golden Retriever, after weeks of all this rain and the recent Tropical Storm there was only so much I could do in regards to grooming. Do not recommend the lady we had for poodles or poodle mixes. She doesn't use detangle comb only slick brush even our vet told us for poodles the detangle comb is best to get out tangles. She gave us our dog back full of shaved hair she never used blow dryer on the dog after cutting so hair was all over our clothes everything my husband had to change before heading to work. Then she clipped the dogs leash around the dogs neck to hand the dog to us instead of the collar. Crazy. And the lady can't do puppy cut it's awful uneven shape on face one side is slanted cut the other side is a straight line she shaved my dogs lip she said she decided to this herself which I did not ask. Even that is uneven along with the entire body. I combed my dog after she gave her back to me and I had so much hair in the comb i saved it to take a picture and shaved hair flying everywhere I had to change as well. We had to shake the dog outside to get rid of all the left shaved hair. Never again i think her name was Maria. Customer service was professional but that was about it. Oh and the lady almost side swiped my husbands car when she arrived! I had to tell her to stop driving and we will move the vehicle so she can park safely. Never again. read more

I use this mobile grooming for my toy poodle. I love their work and will continue to use them. My only complaint was they accidentally kept my dogs collar and when I called they mentioned they'd pass by but then never did. However, they didn't get rid of it and did return it at the next grooming (which i'd say was about 2-3 months later). It really wasn't a big deal at all to me to not have a collar during that time and I'm so glad and surprised they hadn't gotten rid of it. The groomer I use is Milly and love her so much. I love how she cuts my lips hair and I feel she truly handles her with care. read more
