Some people would be abrupt or ignore the clientele, not him. Stopped in today to have the wheel lugs retorqued, had new tires put on the car Monday. He working on another car on the lift, he asked me if I could give him a half hour to 45 minutes, and he would do it. I said no problem, if you want me to come back later. Then he said, he's almost done there to give him a couple of minutes and he'll retorque wheels. That's great customer service! He really must enjoy his job, because he tries to get as much done as he possibly can. Unlike some places where they do as little as possible.
