Later he hold this against me saying because of this, he could cancel on me too. 5/31 Saturday - I texted and called him but no response. I have a home whose gutter was retaining water due to the house settling over time. I spent some time cleaning it and trying to resolve it myself but realized the gutter had shifted about 1-1.5 inches down and now water was pooling in that area. Due to the location of this section and how our yard is configured, just adding a downspout wouldn't work. After the past couple years of heavy storms it was time to do something about it. I reached out to 4-5 companies on Yelp as I do for projects like this. Most wanted to clean my gutters or replace them entirely. The front of the house was completely drenched including our brand new front door. Jose was available to come in the very same day and check it out. He came with a companion and they quickly found the tile which was broken causing the leaking.
