I've used several different places over the years but none of them have been as satisfying as Fran's. Fran has probably done work on 10 occasions on 3 different vehicles over the last 9 years (with some other repair shops between) and if he has the open schedule, I will pick his shop everytime for anything outside of tires or oil changes. His turnaround time is excellent. Fran will have me usually drop my car off the night before. He has it diagnosed and repaired usually within the following working day. If he cant finish it before the end of day, he will let you know prior to doing the work. He also won't add on extra work. He will inspect and detail out what's causing the issue that you may be experiencing. So far I've yet to have an issue with the work completed on my vehicles. Fran's work has held very well and if I had any issues I'm sure he would stand by the work he did. I highly recommend using Fran's shop for your next car issue. You will be taken care of .

Fran's Automotive will provide you with honest, fair, and timely service, and insure that the job is done properly and completely. Fran replaced my thermostat housing in one day, in fact, diagnosed, replaced, and drove my car briefly to be certain all was well. Unfortunately for me, Fran found an additional issue after driving: one that's been noticeable to me for well over a year as a burning smell every time I drive the car and one that I chose to ignore (not smart on my part but ignorance is bliss lol). Turns out, there's a gasket leaking engine oil onto the manifold (I think that's what she said lol), thereby causing the odor. Fran is extremely busy, but they're fitting my car in next Thursday to correct this issue, too, again at a fair price, and I couldn't be more grateful. Lastly, I need to tell you about Allison (she runs the office). You couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with! And not only is she extremely personable, but she offered to take me home when I dropped the car off, and she picked me up when the job was finished! When you're completely alone, this kind of human kindness is so rare, especially during a pandemic when you really don't want to call an Uber. This meant more to me than I could ever express, and she's offered to do the same next week when I return. Once again, very happy…read morewith the service on our car (Toyota with nearly 200,000 miles was rear-ended) and with the way they helped with our insurance company. Previously, they replaced a rear panel and bumper on a Subaru after I carelessly backed into a handicap ramp's rail. The car has a non-standard color, and in his estimate he neglected to take the extra cost into account. Despite his error, he honored his original estimate. I don't remember what the first visit was for (several years ago), but our regular service station recommended them. I'm very glad they did.

We called a bunch of different places and no one was able to come out. Until we called Kara's. Not only were they able to come out to where we were at. They came pretty quick and thankfully they were able to resolve our issue and we were able to continue our trip back home. The mobile mechanic was super nice, professional and knowledgeable.
