Ba & Me resident Monday pop up
    Wendy K.

Came have heard great things about this brewery from friends and a resident pop up at another brewery. Had been meaning to stop by for their resident food on Mondays by Ba and Me and was finally able to make it this past Monday. I had always wanted to visit the spot when it was Mora but never made it over. What a cute space!! Had a hot tea when I arrived to warm up from the wet windy weather. Warm and welcoming space. Was asking a friend what beer to get and he said their Pilsners were very good so when I was ready to order I told the person at the counter she had me try a couple the Piknik and another I selected the Piknik. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for one of their pizza nights or coffee in the morning if I'm ever in the area.

This is a cool concept. We stopped by for a drink after dinner to wait out the rain and watched some Olympic cross country skiing. The servers were friendly and patient as we debated. My partner didn't want alcohol so he got a latte and a chocolate croissant and I got a beer and both were great. I love that you can get either or in the evenings here. Saw families, couples, and solos doing everything from hanging out to getting work done. Would definitely come back! Also shout out for the coolest snail soap dispenser ever in the bathroom - I want one.

Came here to try their beers, which were decent. Magick Pale Ale and Lost Souls IPA. Staff friendly. However, noise level is loud, and place was not even full. There was a table of 7 people making most of the noise- likely because there was too much echo in the place.

Service was great and helpful. I love how there are able to make a large space feel cozy. There are lots of tables and outlets for getting work done. Food was delicious but I had to take off a point of the price and portions. Very small portion for $17. A sparkling water and one vegetarian hash was $24 :0

    Breakfast sandwich

Grabbed a breakfast sandwich here since I'm a sucker for Ben's Breads and love that they use their brioche buns. Sandwich was good! It has an egg, beecher's, some veg, and we added bacon. The egg was cooked so the yolk was still runny, and the bacon was nice and crispy! They had a Georgian (country not state) hot sauce that was really good. Honestly not spicy but it added great flavor to the sandwich. I only wish the sandwich was a little more substantial or had a little more in it given the bun is so big, but the bun is fluffy and airy so it's not too bad. I hope they get sausage one day! I'm a sausage over bacon gal always. We also got a special coffee that was an okinawan brown sugar latte which was really great!

So glad there's a new place in the area to get craft beer. We especially like their helles. There's a few tables outside and the inside has been completely redesigned from its MoRa days to accommodate more tables and benches for working. People do love bringing their babies here, so it can get noisy.

Fantastic purveyor of delicious beer and awesome food. Was able to come in on a Thursday when they do pizza and it blew me away. They easily could make this a full time endeavor if they wanted to. Love the vibe in there too!

But honestly? The energy worked. The staff was moving with that calm, unbothered flow only seasoned baristas have. Friendly, attentive, and somehow keeping the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. Respect. Light was flooding every corner; that soft Seattle glow that makes you want to pull out your journal and pretend you live inside a cozy indie film. Ventilation was perfect. Temperature was perfect. Seating options? Abundant. And not the awkward wobbly kind either. This spot is built for lingering. I grabbed a latte, sat down, and immediately fell into an art journaling trance. There's something about being surrounded by curated shelves of books and cute little treasures that just unlocks your brain. It's the kind of place where you look up after ten minutes and somehow an hour passed. This was my first visit, but it's already on my list of "places I'll actually come back to and get work done." A rare category, honestly. If you're looking for a café that feels like a creative reset button; this is a great one.

I was surprised that the cake was so cheap around $4 but after the first bite, it tasted like it was from a Safeway bakery, which made me feel a bit scammed. The latte was a very light roast, so the coffee flavor was barely noticeable and it felt more like drinking hot milk. On the positive side, the servers were sweet and friendly. It took about 5-7 minutes to get our drinks, and the place was packed around 1:30 pm on a Saturday.

I looked up their yelp page as well as their Instagram and knew I had to come just to get one of their lattes with their amazing foam art! They have a variety of waffles and sandwiches on the menu that seemed appetizing however because I got here after 3:30 the kitchen was closed but they have a variety of pre-made burritos and sandwiches that you could still buy. I love that they have a huge variety of non-dairy milks including soy which is my favorite. I wanted to get the turmeric latte however I mentioned that I couldn't wait to see the foam art and the Baristas told me that due to the light color of the latte, it would be difficult to see the foam art so I instead ordered the red velvet latte with soy and it was as delicious as it was cute! I also got the egg and sausage cheese burrito and it was chock full of eggs and sausage... very filling. The decor and seating options are plentiful upstairs and downstairs. They also have free pineapple infused water for guests to drink which I appreciate. Seems like a popular spot for UW students to do work as there are lots of outlets for their laptops.
