My patching ability isn't the best so I wanted to price out what it would cost to hire a professional. I ended up going with Gary. He was fair priced and did an outstanding job. Not only did he patch, repair and paint both ceilings but he also touched up the trim pieces around the ceiling and cleaned the light fixtures, so they looked like new with the fresh paint. I was also surprised that he provided the receipts on the supplies needed so I only paid exactly what they cost. I just assumed contract work makes a bit of profit on supplies, but this was not the case and the total estimate of the job including supplies was almost spot on. The final total was $10 more which was in the supply cost. He kept me well informed and cleaned up after himself. I felt that he treated my home with respect and now my ceilings look brand new and professionally done.
