I live in Bessemer City, NC and we have a Chex in Gastonia about 15 minutes away. But we love this location in Charlotte 100x better so we drive an hour just to eat here. We mainly go for the wings but we always end up ordering half the menu! customer service has been 10/10 everytime we have came! The yellow walls are a bit too much for me but the place is nice & clean! We did get serviced by a cashier named Leslie last time we went & she handled our order perfectly! They have a tv with music but it is sort of plain in there. The food was pretty good though overall I'm satisfied. The steak philly was good, it had all the right flavors. My only feedback is how soggy the lettuce gets, only because they serve such hot and fresh food. I may get my lettuce on the side next time. Only thing I'll say about ambiance is, on my second visit there we were picking up an order and the TVs were showing suuuuuper explicit content.
