Stopped going here last time we came down. Their salads were once amazing and now they used old wilted gross smelly lettuce from a bag which isn't cheaper on food cost when it loses your customers. Bad business sense. No idea who thought this was a smart idea but if it's the owner he should just close shop cuz he's given up. If it's a manager they should be fired. The penny pinching attitude when you want to swap ingredients is insane too. If you're not buying ingredients in bulk that's insane. Pizza has the lowest food cost per item. If you can't keep it down then someone is stealing or they are wasting food by waste and that's the owners fault also by not training right or monitoring the sitch. Either way this place has gone only down hill in the last year and will only continue unless the owners get his head out of the clouds and back to what is important and remember the customers aren't always right but they are always what matter when it comes to keeping your business running. And if you don't want to stay in business then just stay on this same path your doors will be closed soon enough because anytime I come into the store or call it reminds me why I hate coming here. The staff is unfriendly and makes me feel like I'm a bother and interrupting their day by giving them something to do while they are working. So if your staff doesn't want to work then I'll go somewhere that appreciates my business. Because the food isn't great enough here to overlook the staffs "warm welcoming" personalities. This review is comparing to other national delivery pizza chains. Ordered 2 pizzas online. A large Hawaii with asiago cheese crust and a large meats pizza with Cajun crust. Pizzas showed up fast and hot on a Saturday night. The delivery driver was pleasant even though he had to talk over our barking dogs. Both pizza were loaded heavy with toppings and cooked perfectly. At first I did think the meat pizza was burnt but realized it was the Cajun seasoning that made it appear that way. I normally don't eat the crust but with the added seasoning I enjoyed it. I will definitely be ordering again from Hungry Howie's again when searching for a chain pizza restaurant. I prefer small independent restaurants normally. read more

Many months ago, I had an order never get picked up from the store from a third party delivery company. I called and they explained the situation and offered to refund my money and remake the order if I drove to pick it up. (Past closing) The owner himself texted me himself and thanked me for my patronage for many years. Great business and great ownership. It is sad the companies today are forced to stake their reputation on third party deliveries due to lack of employees willing to work. Will be a regular for as long as you are open. Honestly this place is awesome! We were pretty hesitant to try it at first but this pizza is GREAT! The delivery was very fast and the toppings were the perfect amount! Had our order not been wrong this would have been a 5 star! We will definitely try them again tho! read more

Good pizza, your usual chain pizza place! Only place that was opened past 9 pm on a Saturday night, this is no Miami!! I realized pretty quickly that I wasn't in Kansas any more!!! All other pizza places were closed! They have a lot of great deals so super easy on the wallet. I was happy they were open! Pretty good. Enjoyed it in Utah, tried it here. It's about the same. I can't get into the stuffed crust, I feel like it's not as good as other pizza places. The deals make it worth getting pizza twice a week... and my addiction to pizza probably helps.. . Thin crust wasn't my favorite, I think I'll be sticking to regular crust. I wish I would spend another penny with this location. Chris K. needs a refresher on how to be professional and provide good customer service. If you working in a public establishment please understand patrons don't have to spend money at your location. If Chris K. Is the owner/ manager please hire someone who can provide good customer service because buddy you're clearly confused about how working in a public business works.
