We came in for dinner at 6:45 on a Saturday night. It was not busy. Several empty tables and only a few people at the bar. We were sat right away and the hostess was very pleasant. Our server was "ok" but not as attentive as she could be. The wait time for food was 39 minutes...for 2 pasta dishes. The food came out warm, not hot. Like it had been sitting around. Went for Mother's Day and we got sat down right away which I was shocked. We had Diaja M. as our server and she was wonderful! Very pleasant and attentive. She made our experience great. 10/10 service Our food was good I got the eggplant parmigiana & the $10 take home meal the Fettuccine Weesie. Fettuccine Weesie if you do a take out make sure you ask for extra sauce. It lacked the flavor comparing eating it at the restaurant, I think they didn't put the right sauce not sure.. but it tasted just like Alfredo when it should be a lemon butter sauce they normally put on. I've been here twice. The first time they were short wait staff so getting a table took some time. At least the food was good. The 2nd time we did call ahead seating which wasn't really needed. Service was much better, however, I ordered steak, medium well and what I got was medium rate (still bloody ). My server took it back and the mgr apologized. That should have been that, but when the bill came I was charged for the wrong steak (charged for filet that I did NOT order. Back to the server and mgr who "comped" me a portion of the cost (server said she thought she heard me order filet - which was not true) in any case I paid more than I expected. My advice, go but have ur server REPEAT ur order to avoid this problem. This is the THIRD restaurant that did this to me! Is it a coincidence or deliberate way to make a little extra $$? read more

My favorite place to come to for happy hour! All the appetizers on the happy hour menu are a 10/10. I get 3-4 items from there and get full. The staff is always nice and attentive. The pistachio cake is one of my favorite desserts of all time. Definitely recommend giving it a try! read more

What can improve is training for attention to detail. If a person says"well done please". Then well done is what it should be every time. Chef fail. We called in for a reservation and to be warned it is not what you get, "call ahead" is just a heads up for the restaurant, when you arrive you still need to wait for your table. We did however had a party of ten with a birthday boy on deck. Our waiter, Shawn handled our party with ease. He is good at what he does. Food is always up to par. Friday, May 12th, 2023 party of 3 online waiting list for 6:30pm arrival Private parking lot. Greeted (hostess was very welcoming/friendly) and seated immediately. Our server was Sebastian and was completely on top of his game from start to finish (Venezuelan who speaks 3 languages ;). We ordered a sampler appetizer which had stuffed mushrooms, calamari and mozzarella sticks which was great and devoured by all. We ordered 3 entrees, a 10 oz sirloin, single pork chop and vegetable stuffed ravioli which came with 3 salads (2 Caesars and 1 Italian). Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious (we even had left overs for later). Everyone's bellies were stuffed and we enjoyed our service and conversation with Sebastian, in addition to the owner Eric taking the time to stop by to ensure everything was satisfactory. The lovely jazz music that was being played while dining was so relaxing and set the right vibe. Next time I'd love to try the lightly breaded mahi mahi ;) Thanks again to the entire staff for making our end of week Friday dinner outstanding to kick off our weekend on a high note and hats off to the chef. read more

I have been a frequent patron of Carrabba's in Vero Beach for sometime. But as of late I have noted some positive changes and thought it necessary to bring them to light They have changed their menu for fall with some delicious additions. One being the arancini appetizer stuffed with fennel sausage and served with a ragu sauce. They are golden and crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The other being a lemon butter branzino a sea bass that is wood grilled and lightly seasoned with a pesto sauce. Just delectable! The staff At Carrabba's are welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. Want a wonderful meal that's filling and reasonable. We had minestrone soup,, three lamb chops and mashed garlic potatoes with sautéed spinach with roasted garlic. We also got the Chicken skewers to die for with a sauce that was tangy but so flavorful. This was a perfect meal that's my husband and I shared. Our Server Coleen was fantastic, these were her recommendations and she was spot on. Her friendly, personal attitude was heartwarming. To top it off we had a $10.00 reward and we got a meal to take home for only $10.00. What a steal. We got two meals today and enough for two meals tomorrow. Last night I went to Carrabbas's for the first time since before COVID. A couple of things were a little different. 2 of my favorite things were no longer available. They were the sausage lentil soup and cavatappi for a pasta choice. The bread is still one of the best out of any restaurant and the chicken Trio always delivers. My wife had the Pasta Weezie which has always been her favorite. For dessert we had the cannoli cake which was a real treat. As usual the service was good. It was slow and we thought the services and the food would be good only to find the service and food was not comparable to other times eating at Carrabba's. The food was hot but very dry (lack of sauce). Our food got cold before we could get the attention of the server. We asked the server if we could have additional sauce because the food is very dry. The she stated it would be an additional cost and at that point we asked for take home boxes and the check. Also we had to ask for refills on our water. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this Carrabba's. The service was perfect. We were a larger party...7 people, who hadn't seen each other in a while so we had lots of catching up to do. The waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was very attentive but not intrusive in the least. She gave us the time we needed but seemed to be available when we needed her as well. Food was very good. I got the vegetable ravioli and it was fantastic. My husband got the steak and he said it was okay. As he commented: this is not a steakhouse. My dad got the linguine pescattore and he enjoyed it very much as well. I can't speak for the rest of our party but everyone seemed happy. The restaurant itself was clean as was the bathroom and the temperature was comfortable. I didn't freeze as I often do in restaurants. While the service was good the food was lacking, What is so hard about cooking pasta? Well, if you don't stir it while its cooking and don't add oil to the water, it will stick together. The first bite I had was a big clump of raw pasta. The steak on top was perfect as was the shrimp. The rest wasn't edible. My wife's veal parmesan was hard on the bottom. Said it seemed liked it was precooked and then reheated. This place was a major let down and a quick waste of $100. Finding a good meal in this town is getting difficult! Stopped in today and I would highly recommend this location. My girlfriend and I started out with the tomato caprese with fresh burrata and the calamari. We requested that the caprese be split by two which they accommodated with no hassle. The calamari was delicious, seasoned perfectly and fried to perfection. The sauce was excellent and the salad was light and the perfect appetizer. For dinner I had the Tuscan grilled ribeye medium and my girl had the eggplant parmesan and it was fantastic.
