When I did so, both places had no such referrals. So I was left in pain with no help to get any assistive devices and with no doctor referral orthopedics wouldn't see me. Went on my patient portal and no notes of any such discussion were there. They were wanted my money! But no follow through.

My mother was in this place for four years before passing away. When she entered the place she was evaluated by the doctors who knew then that she was suffering from Pulmonary Fibrosis and was terminal. However, they never told us, the family so we had no idea she was on borrowed time. They later claimed they told her and us but that was a lie. My mother had no idea she was dying which left us with no time to prepare or to make sure we had life insurance lined up. Some of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to take good care of my mom. However, some of the staff was very rude and mean to her. My mom was very unhappy for probably the first year up there because of the bad treatment. She finally got her own room and things got somewhat better but there was still some rude people to deal with. The activities director especially was so nasty. I don't know her name but she was in her thirties with reddish curly hair. When my mom died and I went up to pack up her things this woman was so horrible to me, not caring that I was grieving. I hope she doesn't work up there anymore. My advice to anyone with a parent or loved one up there is to make sure you are super vigilant so you know what goes on. Don't think they will keep you informed because they won't. You need to be super pro active to protect your loved ones. I will say that as my mom was dying the staff in the critical care was amazing and so was Hospice and so were the handful of long term care workers who gathered around her bed as she passed. Those people were fabulous. I just wish everyone had been.

It's like they know they don't have to improve because it's the only ER around and people have no choice. They put me in the contamination shower room that had only a bed and a chair. Watched them not replace used bed linens and keep the same gown on the bed for 3 different patients in the room across from me. Dirty, rude and horrible patient care.

His symptoms were not resolving so he was brought to his primary today 10/3/2025 and diagnosed with a DOUBLE ear infection, impetigo and viral throat infection. His physician said there was no possible way that these diagnoses should have been missed. The woman who examined my son had made mention of one of his ears looking clogged but never made any mention of an infection. My son, who is 10 made mention of the office itself being run down, dirty and a 'weird' place to see any doctors. 0/10 do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
