The customer service wasn't good. Had an appointment for mani/pedi - lady at the front greeted me saying "what do you want".. also dropped my feet in the middle of a pedi when another customer walked in. Also a billion flies flood the salon. read more

I can't say I was the happiest customer walking out of there. I had an appointment, but they started working on me 40 mins late. I was a new customer. I do think that basic common courtesy is to be somewhat on time. You know how long it takes to do someone's nails. It's not a doctor's office where emergency situations come up and throws off the appointment. I guess my biggest issue is the lack of communication. When I walked in they told me to have a seat. The lady I had an appointment with was working on someone else and was not going to be done in 5 mins (I could tell). But after 15 mins or so she then started working on someone else. No one said anything to me. Like....were sorry....we double booked.....say something. It's called common courtesy. Then they also had 2 different people working on the manicure part. Just unprofessional. I did not enjoy my 1st time experience. I also have to say that within a week my gel nails were chipping and cracking. Not a happy customer. read more

They were so nice! If you are a talker they will talk to you but if you are the kind of person who likes to stay quiet they will respect that and also stay quiet. I got a gel manicure on my natural nails, they didn't have to take any previous gel off my nails and it came to $37! Their work is great for the price! Probably the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure. Not sure how you mess that up but went in for a pedicure, they switched 4 different girls to do my pedicure. I asked for white gel and not sure if they didn't know how to do it or what but they kept switching the people. The girl filed my nails so rough and short that my skin is still red hours later. I almost jumped from my seat from how rough she was being. The 4th girl came and asked if I want square or round AFTER the 3rd girl has cut and filed down my nails all the way down to my skin. That should've been a question you ask before not after filing. Horrible experience. Then asked me where I get nails done and started talking shit about "Russian manicures"... please learn how to do a basic pedicure before putting down other salons. 0 stars read more

The chairs are comfortable but the place seems like it was set up with a low budget in mind, although the prices are right around the price range of everyone else in the area. My nail tech did her very best to give me what I wanted so I didn't complain at all, but the overall skill level was not the best and the shaping was a little off. I did ask for minor adjustments but my medium-short gel x nails did not look as good as they have at other places. This place did get me in with short notice and there was just a slight wait time while sitting in the chair picking out the gel color. I did really like that they have their colors lined up separately in a basket that you can easily flip through easily from your chair without juggling all the rings like at other places. read more

Was a complete smart ass about it when i asked how long the service would be. Felt like he took my question personally when i was just curious since i had already been there an hour. The newer guy is a sweety. No reflection on him. I just really did not appreciate the way the older gentleman spoke to me. I am religious about having my acrylics done so I'm always looking for my twice a month spot to get my nails done. Didn't want to have to do this but Jack did my nails last week and in the middle of doing them said, If you need a touch up please come back as the color is old. After I saw it was old. So of course the color cracks on all the nails and I go back today. The shop is quiet and two ladies free so I show him my nails and ask if he can touch them up and I'm happy to wait. He then takes a nail file and scrapes off one nail! THEN says I don't have time and you can't wait! I stand in shock as now my nails are completely ruined. Wow. $37 plus tip for this? I've been to this place a few times when my usual salon was not open. I would say I've had different experiences each time. One person did a great gel manicure. Another time, the same person did a pedicure and it hurt so much. She decided to be a podiatrist and take out a nail on side of my toe. I've been treated for ingrown nail before and the doctor did it so I would never need to touch the area even if it's not perfect looking. It was not bad and she should have asked before doing that severe so I could have decided. She took off so much skin, which was unnecessary keep it to the cuticle why so much around it. Nails too short so they hurt. She didn't wash her hands and went straight from doing a manicure to my feet. Also, I asked for white opaque color and she put on a sheer white. I saw it and decided not to say anything because the color was fine even if not what I wanted. Why is it so hard to get a decent pedicure or a nail place that does consistent good work? I don't think I'll go back because of the pain. I feel sad and I should feel happy after getting my nails done. read more
