I've gone to other places and the service is not so great and they charge extra for every single thing. Here they polish your nails after the hard gel and Elena does a design of your choice. If you want French tip, hearts, flowers, she does it for you. She's always honest with you about whether she's done the design before or hasn't and will try her best to make sure you're satisfied with her work and pleased with your visit. Elena always does an amazing job every time I come. The price may be a little high to some but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I get an e-file mani and pedi once a month and it lasts for about 3-4 weeks depending on how active I am with my hands. I reserved a 2 hour session with Arina. She only wanted to give me 1 hour of her time. She was bothered because I took an 1 1/2 of her time, mind you I paid for 2 hours. Her customer service skills are horrible. She doesn't know how to make the customer feel comfortable. She made it really awkward. I would definitely not recommend her. I came here because I had a problem with one of my big toenails and needed a "medical pedicure", and I've found podiatrists to be less concerned with aesthetics. Not only did Arina at My Ideal Nails help to fix the issue, but made my feet look amazing. This isn't the spa type pedicure with massaging foot soak chairs; here they use medical grade electric filers and extremely high quality tools/products.
