Been coming here since they opened and I gotta they say they impress me every time. They have such quality gel polish, I'm talking I've gone near two months without any chipping! I still love the ambiance and the chic look, and it looks like the chairs that I initially didn't like have finally been broken in and are extremely comfortable now, plus with the fluffy pillows they've added I could definitely sit here for hours in complete relaxation. Today I got my nails done with gelX and extension (I usually only get gel pedicures, which Amy always does to perfection!) and wowwwww they look SO. GOOD. I showed Alice my inspo pic and she was able to tailor the colors to fit my skin tone better, and her line work was flawless!! I'm so happy with how they came out, and I loved how she checked in with me each step of the way, I felt really cared for and you can tell she cares about the quality as much (if not more!) as you do. I love this place so much, and I always look forward to coming back.

So when I called to make the appointment I didn't have high expectations but Eco Nails lived up to my requests! My first time I asked for something simple just to see and then I went again prior to my birthday. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails and telling them to come here! Will continue to come back Side note: I was watching k dramas on the day of my appointment and crying my eyes out. Started cleaning because I got anxiety from the k drama and realized I missed my appointment. I called to apologize and reschedule and they took me in within the next hour and with no wait when I got there.

Loved this place especially with the 20% off deal right now - must come place. Clean, very very reasonable prices in an area like this - $24 regular pedicure with callous remover and scrub and massage! $28 gel mani. This is going to be my new place to come- amy and soku were so lovely.

Great pedicure. The location of this salon is on a busy main street but there is plenty of metered street parking available. The check in process was easy and quick and we were seated immediately. My technician was very detail oriented and she did a great job on my pedicure. The lotion and scrubs they used smelled great and I throughly enjoyed it. The chairs were very comfortable and I was genuinely relaxed. We were also given complementary waters, sparkling waters were also offered. The end result was great.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I got dip nails done two weeks ago today and they have all completely popped off, minus one nail. A few started coming off days after I got them done, but I didn't want to complain and just used nail glue to try to keep them on, but two weeks later they all have came off and I can't keep glueing them down. I've never had dip nails come off like this before, and while I'm glad they didn't ruin my nails underneath, this definitely isn't good for a $70 manicure. I've had dip nails last 5 weeks before and at a much lower price point, so would advise against getting them here

A friend of mine suggested I check out this place in BevHills, so I did. I made an appointment ahead of time (Monday morning!) for a gel manicure and pedicand was quickly seated when I arrived. The seats were a bit uncomfortable and I wasn't a huge fan of two people working on my hands and feet at the same time (shocker?). I think the service was decent, but I wasn't blown away by it. It's a small nail salon. I started coming here about 2 months ago for dazzle dry. I love Dazzle Dry it lasts 2-3 weeks it's pricey but worth it. Also, Dazzle Dry is non toxic, vegan, and dries in 5 minutes. I recommend making an appointment as they only have a few people who work here. I recommend booking with Yami. read more

I've been getting my gel manicures here since they first opened four years ago. Their gel manicures are outstanding, easily lasting three to four weeks without chipping. I love how efficient they are; I can get a mani-pedi in less than an hour, which is perfect because I get impatient when it takes forever. It doesn't matter who the nail tech is, everyone that works here is exceptional. Trust this is the spot for a lasting gel mani or pedi. read more

Loved the atmosphere here at Eco Nails - very clean and relaxed with Netflix on in the background. I got a gel manicure/pedicure and my friend got a regular pedicure. It was a little pricey but I'm happy with the result. One of my nails got messed up the day after and they welcomed me back in and redid the nail quickly! Will likely come back here again, but not for a gel manicure and pedicure due to the cost. One significant challenge: everyone in the salon was wearing masks the entire time...until 3 men walked in with no masks in sight. They sat down for their pedicures and didn't put masks on at any point. Glad we were almost done with our appointments and didn't have to stay in there longer, but we were extremely uncomfortable. read more

I went to Eco nails in December and requested a dip manicure. They insisted gel x extension was a better option so I went with the recommendation. They spent little time on my nails, no shaping after application. My nails looked a little bulky and and they seemed to be rushing. Additionally The gel x nails fell off in a week. I got gel x extension at a different salon and that set lasted for almost a month. Pedicure scrub was too rough and left my feet raw for a day or two. Staff is nice tho but service can be improved by taking time with their appointments and not rushing people out. read more

The young lady who did my nails filed them excessively using the machine, my nails were thinned out and kept breaking, till they grew out. It was a terrible experience to say the least. She had no clue what she was doing. Will never recommend it to anyone read more

I really wanted to like this place, it's clean, bright, airy, and easy parking. I went with my mother-in-law and she got a pedicure and unfortunately developed toe pain after her pedicure, a mild infection, that resolved itself on its own. I decided to give the salon one more chance, and brought my sister who is visiting from the East Coast. A day after her pedicure, her toe was swollen and bright red, a classic bacterial infection that needs medical treatment. I would avoid the salon for pedicures! read more

It was my first time coming to this salon since moving to this area and i have to say I'm really happy with my nails! I had no appointment but Alice was able to take me as soon as she was done finishing up her previous client. I do recommend booking an appointment ahead of time though especially if you're getting something done thats takes a bit longer like Gel x. Alice did an amazing job replicating the reference photo for the design i wanted. Definitely coming here again! read more

Love this new non toxic nail salon! It's boutique setting is very clean and so pretty. The music track tv makes you feel like you're on vacation. Staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Only 5 chairs for mani-pedi and a few more mani stations so make an appointment because this place will fill up fast. read more

My usual nail spot was fully booked when I called this morning so I found this place through Yelp and they took me right in. Glad I took a chance on them-- pretty standard pricing but great service. Price of a gel mani+ regular pedi was $65 + tip but they have their grand opening promo still going on so there is a discount. The salon is also clean and tidy and the nail techs were very detailed and focused on their work. Wish they had massage chairs but their decor was nice nonetheless and did not take away from the relaxing experience. I'd definitely come back here. read more

Eco Nails needs to rewrite their list of services. They are in no position to say they know how to do Gel X or Hard Gel. I got them done 3 days ago and they did an excruciatingly poor job. There are wrinkles in my nails and they are already coming off. Wont ever come back & wont ever recommend. read more

They gave me exactly what I had wanted! Will be coming back again. They took the time to listen and be detailed and precise with my gel acrylics and they lasted for about 4 weeks. After getting them off, my nails weren't damaged at all! read more

Had been coming here for a while and always had a generally positive experience. I would normally call ahead unless I just wanted a gel removal, since those are extremely quick. Went in for one, there were two technicians (one I'd never met before and who was quite rude) and they had one customer. As soon as I asked for gel removal the technician I hadn't met before said sharply that they don't have time. I was genuinely surprised bc gel mani removals are always extremely quick and are usually done between other appointments, I emphasized I was a customer, I was fully expecting them to say it would be a 10-15min wait, but instead she repeated rudely that they had no time. I was disappointed because I used to like going to this place as it is close by and fairly good (nail shaping can be hit or miss) but will be looking to change my regular place. Response to owner: funnily enough I walked past after getting the removal somewhere else 15mins later and the other customer hadn't arrived yet and both technicians were done! It was a very bizarre way to treat someone who is a regular. Again, reiterating that it was just a removal. read more

I love this place. I had my previous gel-x set removed and I had it done at another place that rushed me out of there with an awful set. Not the case here with Yammi, she really took her time in the removal, cleaning my nails, and the design. I really appreciate how much time she took because at the other nail salon they barely touched my cuticles. It's a very beautiful nail salon, very professional - so glad to have found my go to spot! read more

Sucks to have to make this review because I like this place. But I've made an appointment 3 separate times now and showed up to them telling me they have no time and sorry there's nothing they can do. After taking my appointment! I wouldn't recommend making an appointment because they absolutely do not follow through. The nerve of this lady to laugh in my face when I said I have an appointment what can we do to make this right? Maybe come for a walk in but my friends and I won't be coming here anymore that's for sure. read more

I truly do love this place, they always do a fantastic job with my manicures/pedicures. The staff is friendly & they always have the tv playing with some fun reality shows, which I appreciate. (There's nothing worse than a dead silent nail salon in my opinion) The prices are reasonable for Beverly Hills as well. The only reason I left off a star is because the wait time here can be pretty long, even with an appointment. It seems like they're understaffed. But if you have the time, I think it's worth the wait! read more

The technician starts my nails when she gets the first phone call. I could see she's struggling balancing the nails and what seemed to be an important call cause she was also overwhelmed (idk what it is about this place but everyone is clearly overwhelmed). She hangs up, continues my nails and then she gets ANOTHER call. This time she just randomly stands up and runs to take it in the back room. Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! I was really hoping to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new nail salon in the area but this was just unacceptable.
