Been coming here since they opened and I gotta they say they impress me every time. They have such quality gel polish, I'm talking I've gone near two months without any chipping! I still love the ambiance and the chic look, and it looks like the chairs that I initially didn't like have finally been broken in and are extremely comfortable now, plus with the fluffy pillows they've added I could definitely sit here for hours in complete relaxation. Today I got my nails done with gelX and extension (I usually only get gel pedicures, which Amy always does to perfection!) and wowwwww they look SO. GOOD. I showed Alice my inspo pic and she was able to tailor the colors to fit my skin tone better, and her line work was flawless!! I'm so happy with how they came out, and I loved how she checked in with me each step of the way, I felt really cared for and you can tell she cares about the quality as much (if not more!) as you do. I've been to this nail salon twice now and both times I had a great experience. I recently moved to the area and after some trial and error I was getting discouraged. I called another salon asking for a gel manicure and a technician who could do designs but got technicians who couldn't. So when I called to make the appointment I didn't have high expectations but Eco Nails lived up to my requests! My first time I asked for something simple just to see and then I went again prior to my birthday. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails and telling them to come here! I've been getting my gel manicures here since they first opened four years ago. Their gel manicures are outstanding, easily lasting three to four weeks without chipping. I love how efficient they are; I can get a mani-pedi in less than an hour, which is perfect because I get impatient when it takes forever. Loved the atmosphere here at Eco Nails - very clean and relaxed with Netflix on in the background. I got a gel manicure/pedicure and my friend got a regular pedicure. It was a little pricey but I'm happy with the result. One of my nails got messed up the day after and they welcomed me back in and redid the nail quickly! Will likely come back here again, but not for a gel manicure and pedicure due to the cost. One significant challenge: everyone in the salon was wearing masks the entire time...until 3 men walked in with no masks in sight. They sat down for their pedicures and didn't put masks on at any point. Great pedicure. The location of this salon is on a busy main street but there is plenty of metered street parking available. The check in process was easy and quick and we were seated immediately. My technician was very detail oriented and she did a great job on my pedicure. The lotion and scrubs they used smelled great and I throughly enjoyed it. I went to Eco nails in December and requested a dip manicure. They insisted gel x extension was a better option so I went with the recommendation. They spent little time on my nails, no shaping after application. My nails looked a little bulky and and they seemed to be rushing. Additionally The gel x nails fell off in a week. I got gel x extension at a different salon and that set lasted for almost a month. Pedicure scrub was too rough and left my feet raw for a day or two. Staff is nice tho but service can be improved by taking time with their appointments and not rushing people out. read more

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I got dip nails done two weeks ago today and they have all completely popped off, minus one nail. A few started coming off days after I got them done, but I didn't want to complain and just used nail glue to try to keep them on, but two weeks later they all have came off and I can't keep glueing them down. I've never had dip nails come off like this before, and while I'm glad they didn't ruin my nails underneath, this definitely isn't good for a $70 manicure. I really wanted to like this place, it's clean, bright, airy, and easy parking. I went with my mother-in-law and she got a pedicure and unfortunately developed toe pain after her pedicure, a mild infection, that resolved itself on its own. I decided to give the salon one more chance, and brought my sister who is visiting from the East Coast. A day after her pedicure, her toe was swollen and bright red, a classic bacterial infection that needs medical treatment. I would avoid the salon for pedicures! read more

My usual nail spot was fully booked when I called this morning so I found this place through Yelp and they took me right in. Glad I took a chance on them-- pretty standard pricing but great service. Price of a gel mani+ regular pedi was $65 + tip but they have their grand opening promo still going on so there is a discount. The salon is also clean and tidy and the nail techs were very detailed and focused on their work. Had been coming here for a while and always had a generally positive experience. I would normally call ahead unless I just wanted a gel removal, since those are extremely quick. Went in for one, there were two technicians (one I'd never met before and who was quite rude) and they had one customer. As soon as I asked for gel removal the technician I hadn't met before said sharply that they don't have time. I was genuinely surprised bc gel mani removals are always extremely quick and are usually done between other appointments, I emphasized I was a customer, I was fully expecting them to say it would be a 10-15min wait, but instead she repeated rudely that they had no time. I was disappointed because I used to like going to this place as it is close by and fairly good (nail shaping can be hit or miss) but will be looking to change my regular place. Response to owner: funnily enough I walked past after getting the removal somewhere else 15mins later and the other customer hadn't arrived yet and both technicians were done! It was a very bizarre way to treat someone who is a regular. Again, reiterating that it was just a removal. read more

(There's nothing worse than a dead silent nail salon in my opinion) The prices are reasonable for Beverly Hills as well. The only reason I left off a star is because the wait time here can be pretty long, even with an appointment. It seems like they're understaffed. Unbelievably unkind place. I kept going back because of the convenience of the location and my nail technician being nice, the owners couldn't be more rude (Alice is one of them ). My gel polish never lasted longer than 1 week but because of the price and location and finding a good technician there ( her name is yami ) I went back, I even took my own base coat since it was thicker thinking that my nails might be too thin. I never complained, even when I multiple times had to wait over 45 min and even left the last time after waiting for almost an hour and not getting service since they're known to overbook themselves, without any apologies from their end. I decided to give it one last shot and during the whole time of trying different technicians gel manicure not lasting and waiting so long I was always polite and kind, because im patient and the location was perfect for me and I had just found a new tech that was better than the rest. Once I started requesting yami, the past two times, they then refused to give me an appointment and just said they're booked and hung up on me. Alice did my gel manicure ones and my nails broke within a whew days, I kindly let them know and went in and they fixed it . Ever since then she was nothing but rude to me.
